JW Sues Obama's Administration Over "Climate Czar" Records

In Judicial Watch's weekly update they are looking at Obama's "appointment of unconstitutional "czars," individuals charged with executing Obama's policy agenda in secret and without congressional oversight. Our first major "czar" lawsuit is over the role of controversial "Climate Czar" Carol Browner."

The second item of investigation is, "JW Sues Justice Department for Documents Regarding Decision to Prosecute Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in New York Court. There is no question about it. President Barack Obama has completely botched the handling of 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed."

And thirdly, 'Judicial Watch Obtains Documents Regarding Congressional CIA "Torture Briefings"'

These investigations are time consuming because they can involve getting documents under the Freedom of Information Act, but without that Act we would be out in the cold, especially if the government wants you to know as little as possible.

3. Get rid of the Dept. of Education, the Carter payoff to the teachers unions.

4. Get rid of Carter's useless Dept. of Energy.

5. Get rid of the Dept. of Homeland Security and the TSA. They are just redundant to what we had before and cost a huge amount of money. Just arm the pilots and let the airlines and local and state police handle security.

6. Salaries and pensions of public employees at all levels of government need to be slashed to a size more equal with the private sector.

7. Lets get rid of the Dept of Commerce and Labor. Two special intrest Depts., that really benefit no one.

This is just the tip of the iceberg as to what has to be done to bring this country back to fiscal sanity."

"Infiltration: What a tangled web Islamist appointees weave. When his pro-terrorist quotes surfaced, a new White House envoy dismissed them as someone else's. A recording says otherwise.

Now Rashad Hussain, President Obama's pick as special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference, has changed his story. He admits he did indeed call the indictment of a now-convicted terrorist a "travesty of justice."

Politico.com has provided the quotes from a recording of the 2004 event attended by Hussain to the White House for review. In it, Hussain defended confessed terrorist Sami Al-Arian, suggesting the government had railroaded him. A Florida professor, Al-Arian was running a U.S. beachhead for Palestinian terrorists. In a plea deal, he copped to a reduced charge of conspiracy to provide material support to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a federally designated terror group. In a speech at a Cleveland mosque, Al-Arian once thundered: "Let's damn America, let's damn Israel, let's damn their allies until death."

When the controversy first broke, the White House deferred to the spin of Hussain and the Mideast outfit that scrubbed the offending statements from its Web site. Turns out the Washington Report for Middle East Affairs, a Saudi-tied, anti-Israel journal that sells Intifada trinkets, deleted his remarks after receiving a phone call from Hussain. WRMEA once employed Al-Arian's daughter as a staffer. Thanks to the recording, there's now no denying what Hussain said. After this deception, Obama should change his pick for envoy, who would join the OIC, a 57-government Islamic bloc, the largest voting bloc in the U.N.

The OIC is waging an international campaign against "Islamophobia," calling it the real "terrorism." The bloc's assault on free speech includes pressuring the West into passing laws criminalizing criticism of Islam, including motives of jihadists like Al-Arian.

It's plain that Hussain, who also has bashed the Patriot Act and other key anti-terror tools, cannot be trusted to represent U.S. interests vis-a-vis the OIC.

What's more, there are reports linking him to the radical Muslim Brotherhood, of which Al-Arian is a senior member. The Brotherhood has hatched a secret plot to infiltrate the U.S. government and "destroy" it "from within," and has erected an impressive infrastructure supporting terrorism inside America.

In a raid of Al-Arian's home, federal agents seized a document in Arabic revealing a Brotherhood plan for "spying" on U.S. agencies.

"Members of the group should be able to infiltrate the sensitive intelligence agencies or the embassies in order to collect information and build close relationships with the people in charge in these establishments," the paper advises Brotherhood leaders in America.

So far with this White House, the bad guys are finding it shockingly easy to put their agents in place."

"Abuse Of Power: The White House has threatened to ram through radical health reform by abusing the budget reconciliation process. That would mean a new chapter on corruption for the history books.

White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer told reporters Monday that Democrats, ignoring the will of the American people, will try to pass a big government health reform bill through the "nuclear option" of reconciliation. In so doing, they'd be circumventing a Republican filibuster in the Senate and need only 51 votes.

In response, House Minority Leader John Boehner said the president had "crippled the credibility" of the health "summit" planned for Thursday "by proposing the same massive government takeover of health care based on a partisan bill the American people have already rejected."

He said the bill "doubles down on the same failed approach that will drive up premiums, destroy jobs, raise taxes and slash Medicare benefits" and called the meeting "a Democratic infomercial."

"Using reconciliation," Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell charged last week, "would be an acknowledgment that there is bipartisan opposition to their bill."

But it would actually be something far more arrogant. The reconciliation procedure was hatched out of the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to limit filibustering on budget bills — in other words, to prevent fiscally conscious senators from curbing Congress' big spending ways.

That's bad enough, especially now that the president and the Democratic Congress have decided to spend America into the black hole. But nothing in the 1974 budget act, or the amendments made to it since, can be construed as applying to the thousands of pages of legislation to revamp one-sixth of the economy.

New regulations on health insurance companies, to name just one aspect of the bill, have nothing to do with spending or revenues, the debt limit or any other budget-related matter. Using reconciliation on health care is as absurd as using it to send a constitutional amendment to the states for ratification, or to pass a treaty, or to confirm a Cabinet secretary or Supreme Court justice.

It would be more honest for President Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to announce the Senate's rules will now be changed: No more filibustering.

Republicans would be wise to avoid this Thursday's "summit" until they get a pledge that the president will oppose the use of reconciliation. Nothing as big as this should be passed without a national consensus, and polls show that the more Americans know about the Democrats' proposal, the more they hate it.

Sen. Scott Brown's seemingly impossible election in Massachusetts last month was the voice of the people shouting "No!" to passage of the Democrats' health care revolution. If the White House insists on defying the American people, the Loyal Opposition has a duty to take their side."

"Homeland Security: When it comes to foul balls, a "heads up!" is no big deal. But when the government warns of imminent and "certain" attack by al-Qaida, complacency is not an option.

A chilling spectacle just took place before the Senate Intelligence Committee. Panel Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., asked, "What is the likelihood of another terrorist-attempted attack on the U.S. homeland in the next three to six months, high or low?"

And one by one, Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair, CIA Director Leon Panetta and FBI Director Robert Mueller all agreed an attack was "certain."

But log onto the Department of Homeland Security's Web site and all seems fairly calm. The first news item listed says, "Secretary Napolitano Announces More than $23 Million in Recovery Act Funding for Fire Station Construction Grants." And three of the other four news items on the main page tout the ways the department's $56.3 billion fiscal year 2011 budget request would be spent.

You have to look for the fine print and click a couple of times to find out the nation's terror alert condition — yellow or "elevated," like during most of the time since 9/11.

But if an attack is "certain" as the U.S. intelligence community tells us (but only after being asked by a senator), then shouldn't there be a bit more urgency than this?

Far from scrambling to stave off sure and impending disaster, this administration is bragging that its ill-advised policies haven't yet done harm.

We shouldn't be releasing anyone in our custody who could end up returning to terrorist activities, but White House counterterrorism chief John O. Brennan was touting "significant improvements to the detainee review process" for Gitmo prisoners in a Monday letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

Even if the recidivism rate is zero among the dozens of POWs that have been released, as Brennan reports, we saw on Christmas Day that it only takes one terrorist to kill hundreds. This is exactly what would have happened over the skies near Detroit had a little luck and a lot of guts from passengers not been on our side.

The administration boasts that Undiebomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab is now "cooperating" — as if they didn't blow the chance for a treasure trove of lifesaving information from him about al-Qaida's structure and future plots by reading him his Miranda rights, getting him a lawyer, and allowing him to clam up less than an hour after being detained.

The president's answer to legitimate unease about homeland security is to ask the concerned to "put aside the schoolyard taunts about who's tough."

Last April, the president visited CIA headquarters to boost morale. "Speaking before some of the very intelligence officers he had publicly accused of complicity in torture," as Bush White House chief speechwriter Marc Thiessen writes in his new book defending the CIA's enhanced interrogation, "Courting Disaster," President Obama admitted to them that under his new policies, "you've got a harder job."

"The president has, by his own admission, forced the CIA to operate with one hand tied behind its back" — Obama's own analogy — and "made the agency's job of protecting us from terror harder," adds Thiessen.

At the risk of being accused of a schoolyard taunt, does the certainty of another attack have anything to do with one of America's hands being tied?"

Clinton plotting Tea Party counterattack

Hillary Clinton doesn't get it about the Tea Party. There is not a handful of leaders; there are many leaders and many groups. Someone said it's the silent majority which has awakened to take the country back. No corruption. No fast cash from special interest groups. Just ordinary folks who are tired of being lied to, and want to get rid of Democrats and Republicans and to elect real conservatives. There would be a smaller federal government doing what it was originally set up to do, and the remaing powers going to the states or the people.

'Clinton Corruption Front and Center — or The Latest Obama Administration Scandal

James Riady, who plead guilty in 2001 to a "conspiracy to defraud the United States" through illegal contributions to the campaigns of Bill Clinton and other Democrats, made it back in the United States last year, despite being previously barred from country for his crimes.

Apparently, the "disgraced" Riady was granted a visa waiver so he could receive an honorary doctorate from an Arkansas university and visit with Bill Clinton's foundation (to which he gave $20,000).

The Washington Post asks the key question: "How and why did a foreign billionaire stained by Clinton-era scandals get a U.S. visa after being kept out for so long under the Bush administration?"

Those of you who have been with Judicial Watch for some time may recall that Riady was connected to one of the most serious crimes in our nation's history — a campaign by the Clintons to sell out our nation's security to Chinese government officials (and their front men) in exchange for millions of dollars in campaign contributions for the Clintons and the Democrats. (Otherwise known as the "Chinagate" scandal.)

Johnny Chung, a former Clinton donor (and Judicial Watch client), who was working with a Chinese general to give contributions to the Clintons, put it this way: "The [Clinton] White House is like a subway. You have to put in the coins to open the gates."

Riady (and his family-run company the Lippo Group) put in a lot of coins and got nailed for it. In fact, Riady received the harshest penalty in the history of U.S. campaign finance law, $8.6 million, along with a ban from entering the United States. Apparently, however, with Hillary in the Obama State Department, the gates opened once again for Riady last year, quietly and under the radar.

The Post somewhat flippantly notes that the Chinese government connection to the Clinton fundraising scandal was "never proven." However, a Senate report documented the Chinese communist plan to influence our elections with illegal campaign contributions. The scandal was real. And Riady was right in the middle of it. To quote from the Committee on Government Affairs report:

The Committee has further learned from recently-acquired information that James and Mochtar Riady have had a long-term relationship with a Chinese intelligence agency. Finally, an unverified single piece of information shared with the Committee indicates that John Huang [a Riady co-conspirator, employee, Clinton administration appointee, and Democratic fundraiser] himself may possibly have had a direct financial relationship with the [People's Republic of China] government.

So a criminal with alleged ties to a foreign intelligence agency is allowed back into our country to try to visit our Secretary of State's husband (who is a former president and beneficiary of Riady's illegal largess)!

Is it any wonder that a State Department that does illicit favors for the Secretary of State's criminal bagman allows terrorists into the country like the one who tried to down the airliner on Christmas day?

This is a scandal for both Hillary and Obama (not to mention Bill Clinton). Other than the important story that editors of the Washington Post buried in its "Style" section, the liberal media is happy to ignore it. (Not the foreign press, where Riady is still seen as the scandalous and corrupt figure he is.) Judicial Watch had been pursuing information about this scandal since July (when Riady obtained his visa), but we've been stonewalled for information by Hillary's State Department. (More of that Obama "transparency" — see below).

In other (and related) Clinton corruption news, the Clinton Foundation released its latest list of donors on New Year's Day, and just as we have seen in previous releases, there are serious conflicts of interest documented. Check out the scoop from The New York Times:

Foreign countries, including Norway and Oman, have contributed to former President Bill Clinton's charity, and donors including Donald Trump, the Coca-Cola Company and the Elton John AIDS Foundation pitched in as Hillary Rodham Clinton served her first year as secretary of state in 2009.

Add the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia to the list as well, which along with Norway gave between $10 million and $25 million, while Oman gave in the $1-5 million range.

(Among the foundation's top personal donors — controversial Canadian mining tycoon Frank Giustra, who gave more than $31 million to the foundation after Bill Clinton helped him seal a lucrative uranium deal with the communist dictator of Kazakhstan, a former Soviet Republic.)

In the new book that documents Harry Reid's patronizing and racist comments towards both blacks and whites, Hillary is quoted as saying (before she took the job) that if she's appointed Secretary of State, "Bill" would turn things into a circus. Specifically, she is alleged to have said, "There's one last thing that's a problem, which is my husband. You've seen what this is like. It will be a circus if I take this job."

Indeed, the circus has come to town.

How can Hillary Clinton go about the business of fairly executing the Obama administration's foreign policy while foreign governments and nationals continue to fill Bill's foundation coffers? And lest anyone have any doubts about the Clintons' willingness to sell public offices for personal and political gain, read the above Riady section again.

The Clinton Foundation's foreign ties plus the Riady scandal might have caused a problem in another presidential administration. But for the Obama administration, it is "business as usual."'

The problem with the Patriot Act, and why it should not be renewed, is Obama and his communist dictatorship. He lies and I don't trust him a bit. He is interested only in his welfare, and has the legislation buried. He is not interested in the citizens or the troops or safety. He wants control and power no matter what the cost. Last Saturday, in a story not widely circulated, Obama's Department of Homeland Security admitted they are monitoring the comments and posts of Americans on websites and within social networks like Twitter.

This raises some serious concerns.

In an ABC News report the Department of Homeland Security said they were monitoring the sites during the Olympics to increase security and detect threats. No one wants the Olympics to be threatened or for any American or foreign athlete or spectator to get injured.

However, the Department, led by liberal Secretary and politician Janet Napolitano, has a history of trying to suppress conservative opponents of the President.

This latest news with an admission that they are monitoring the comments of Americans begins to raise concerns about big brother and the security of individual Americans.

We need to be absolutely sure that the political views of Americans - especially those with conservative views critical of the President - are not being monitored for political suppression.

Someone needs to ask these questions. We need confidence that conservative Americans are not being monitored for their opinions.

Last year you may remember the uproar over the official DHS report Napolitano requested that attacked conservatives as extremists.

It was a formal Federal Government paid report titled: "Rightwing Extremism."

This report said among other things: "Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements ... and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

First Napolitano's department sought to tie the word "hate" to those who favor state's rights - in essence the form of democracy created by our founding fathers. Secondly, it sought to label as dangerous those who oppose abortion or who favor a crackdown on immigration. But there is more...

Obama and Napolitano's official report also said: "Rightwing extremists are harnessing this historical election (Obama's election as President) as a recruitment tool. Many rightwing extremists are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration and its perceived stance on a range of issues, including immigration and citizenship ... and restrictions on firearms ownership and use. Rightwing extremists are increasingly galvanized by these concerns and leverage them as drivers for recruitment."

So, if you believe in the Second Amendment to the constitution or if you disagree with Obama's policies - you too can be dangerous according to Janet Napolitano and the Obama administration.

... After a weekend where we saw former Vice President Dick Cheney argue that the Obama administration has taken its eye off the ball in the real fight on terrorism, Napolitano's Department is admitting they are monitoring websites and social media feeds for "increased security..." Maybe they should be monitoring foreign terrorists not Americans.

In light of her past actions it makes one wonder what they are really monitoring or how Napolitano might use the data.

When Napolitano's report came to light last year it was also revealed that it included passages saying the American government should be afraid of returning troops coming back from war.

... In effect her report said we should be afraid of veterans. It said, "rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat."

CNN reported the American Legion's national commander, David K. Rehbein, said in a letter to Napolitano that, "I think it is important for all of us to remember that Americans are not the enemy. The terrorists are."

Her response was to say "I know that some veterans groups were offended by the fact that veterans were mentioned in this assessment, so I apologize for that offense. It was certainly not intended."

However, this apology did not include an apology to the millions of conservative American's who did not vote for Obama, who do not support his policies and who are not radical but average, concerned Americans - the same Americans who have attended Tea Party protests, events like CPAC or who have supported the ACU.

Now we find out that she and her Department are monitoring website posts and other internet networks.

We must make absolutely sure this will not be used in any way to limit the freedom of speech.

Do you remember last summer when ACU warned you about White House attempts to track emails?

The Dallas Morning News had reported the Obama White House government official website called for supporters to track "disinformation" about healthcare legislation. Another report from the Syracuse Post-Standard newspaper noted the White House told their supporters "If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it." They then provided a special email address just to track opponents.

The Obama White House has a history of trying to track political dissent.

Thousands of American citizen petitions - your sigantures collected right through our ACU petitions - were sent to Senator Lieberman and Senator Collins, Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs asking for a Congressional investigation into the White House's public attempts to track and suppress political opponents aligned against President Barack Obama's health care proposals.

As a result the White House scaled back this effort and it disappeared.

Now they are tracking internet postings.

They paid for reports critical of veterans, gun owners and those with conservative political views. They created a program to track messages and email addresses of those opposed to government run health care. Now the administration - the same Department led by Napplitano that issued the anti-conservatives report is admitting to monitoring website posts and social networks.

It is important to ensure this data is used for legitimate law enforcement and anti-terrorism activities... not for political attempts to track opponents.

Judicial Watch Uncovers New Documents Detailing Pelosi’s Use of Air Force Aircraft

Last year, Judicial Watch made big news by exposing Nancy Pelosi’s boorish demands for military travel. According to the internal DOD correspondence we uncovered the Speaker has been treating the U.S. Air Force as her own personal airline. And not only was her staff demanding, arrogant and rude, but the Speaker cost taxpayers a lot of money by making last minute cancellations and changes to the itinerary.

This week, Judicial Watch obtained documents from the Air Force that shed a bit more light on this ugly story.

According to the documents, which we obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Speaker’s military travel cost the Air Force $2,100,744.59 over a two-year period — $101,429.14 for in-flight expenses, including food and alcohol. (Lots and lots of alcohol.) The following are highlights from the recent release of about 2,000 documents, which you can read here:

•Speaker Pelosi used Air Force aircraft to travel back to her district at an average cost of $28,210.51 per flight. The average cost of an international congressional delegation (CODEL) is $228,563.33. Of the 103 Pelosi-led CODELs, 31 trips included members of the House Speaker’s family.

•One CODEL traveling from Washington, D.C. through Tel Aviv, Israel to Baghdad, Iraq from May 15-20, 2008, “to discuss matters of mutual concern with government leaders” included members of Congress and their spouses and cost $17,931 per hour in aircraft alone. Purchases for the CODEL included: Johnny Walker Red scotch, Grey Goose vodka, E&J brandy, Bailey’s Irish Crème, Maker’s Mark whiskey, Courvoisier cognac, Bacardi Light rum, Jim Beam whiskey, Beefeater gin, Dewars scotch, Bombay Sapphire gin, Jack Daniels whiskey, Corona beer and several bottles of wine.

•According to a “Memo for Record” from a CODEL March 29 – April 7, 2007, that involved a stop in Israel, “CODEL could only bring Kosher items into the Hotel. Kosher alcohol for mixing beverages in the Delegation room was purchased on the local economy i.e. Bourbon, Whiskey, Scotch, Vodka, Gin, Triple Sec, Tequila, etc.”

•The Department of Defense advanced a CODEL of 56 members of Congress and staff $60,000 to travel to Louisiana and Mississippi July 19-22, 2008, to “view flood relief advances from Hurricane Katrina.” The three-day trip cost the U.S. Air Force $65,505.46, exceeding authorized funding by $5,505.46.

If you have a moment, take a look at the documents for yourself. And pay special attention to the receipts, noting the large quantities of food and alcohol purchased at taxpayer expense. Doesn’t it seem as if the Speaker’s congressional delegations are more about partying than anything else? It certainly seems that way to me.

At the heart of the issue of corruption, is a sense of entitlement on the part of our elected officials. Nancy Pelosi clearly believes she deserves special treatment at taxpayer expense. This message comes across loud and clear in the disrespect she has demonstrated towards the U.S. Air Force and the American taxpayer.

•Lift the weight of federal taxes and payroll deductions entirely from millions of working poor and retired people.

•Reduce Taxes on Honest Americans by expanding the tax base to tax illegal immigrants, drug dealers and others who earn money illegally, and those who rich enough and powerful enough to make tax loopholes for themselves in the 67,500 pages of fine print in the impossibly complex U. S. Tax Code.

The FairTax is the shortest path to full economic recovery and millions of new jobs, ending Congressional corruption of the tax code and providing significant tax relief to the middle class. The FairTax is our one real hope of creating the economic boom we need to deal with the massive and growing budget deficit.

It is time the political class heard from the rest of us about public policy that actually benefits the public instead of Washington insiders.

Declining U.S. Navy facing Chinese challenge

Thanks a lot Obama and Democrats for making the U. S. Navy second rate. We once had a strong military and strong leadership from the President on down. I know. I served in the military during the Viet Nam build up and witnessed the strength of Strategic Air Command and missile silos.

Now there is a useless lying wimp in charge surrounded by politically correct yes men, and our money is being used for stimulus spending for his bright ideas. Meanwhile, jobs are drying up, and useless federal agencies are springing up. This is the type of crisis which he likes to have to be able to ram through legislation. I don't know what's next, another executive order giving more of our rights away to the U. N., maybe increased power for radical Islam in this country, maybe the Navy will have to dip its colors to foreign navies, or nuclear weapons missing, or some new czar position. Whatever, it won't result in a stronger Navy, or stronger borders. The day is coming for impeachment and not a day too soon.

Maybe you remember the TV show The Untouchables about Chicago criminal mobs. Reading this book was like that, and it had references, names, dates and monetary amounts transferred. There was as section of the book devoted to Obama's czars which are powerful people who answer to noone but Obama. The federal government controls banks and the auto industry and is working on government run medical care. The government soon will dictate how much money you can make, and wants to own the Internet.

The Washington Post babbled again today about Obama inheriting a huge deficit from Bush, blah blah blah. Amazingly enough, a lot of people swallow this nonsense.

So once more, I'll try a short civics lesson.

Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress, and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party. They controlled the budget process for FY 2008 and FY 2009, as well as FY 2010 and FY 2011. In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases. For FY 2009, though, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the FY 2009 budgets.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete FY 2009.

Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period:

If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the FY 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets. If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.

In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th."

Is Obama constitutionally eligible to serve?

I am getting fed up with Obama the fraud and usurper. It looked like at last his eligibility evidence would be looked at by Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the long wait for Americans who care that a president must meet the requirements of our Constitution would be over. Instead there has been no news for over a week. In my view the whole process would take a day, three days at the most. What is the holdup? And what of Quo Warranto case against Obama? Why the delay?

What we have instead is over 200 headlines from news stories in the past that show how tedious and time consuming and costly Obama's refusal to cooperate has put our country through.

The Third Jihad

My wife and I watched this DVD for the second time last night and it is really chilling to think of terrorist training camps being set up in THIS country. Then to remember that Obama is a Muslim, hopefully not a radical Muslim, but we can see where his loyalties lie. Let our borders remain open and let the Muslims outnumber us as in England and Europe while we stay politically correct, not wanting to offend anyone.

Then to think about Shariah law, how the plan is to have it supercede the Constitution, with its honor murders and beheadings for unfaithful wives and daughters. It would be like traveling backwards in time to live in a primitive society. What a place America will be to live in! And most people are not aware of the danger! It'll be over sooner than you might think, sometime around 2050.

Muslim converts are coming from prisons, gangs and wherever people can blame the country for the raw deal they got. In other parts of the globe it is unlawful to build a Christian church per the Muslims, and those that exist are burned or destroyed. It is not the goal for Muslims to have equal space with others, they must be dominant.

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.

He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:

- Knowing when to come in out of the rain;
- Why the early bird gets the worm;
- Life isn't always fair;
- And maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).

His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an aspirin to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement. Common Sense was preceded in death, by his parents, Truth and Trust, by his wife, Discretion, by his daughter, Responsibility, and by his son, Reason.

He is survived by his 4 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, I Want It Now, Someone Else Is To Blame, and I'm A Victim

Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing.

CAIR exposed. Media without excuse

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is being exposed as a front for Islamic terrorists, using our free speech laws to spread hate for America. There is little or no news of this in the mainstream media.

Quo Warranto case against Obama

I am very interested and hopeful in this case, which is being heard by Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. It could put Obama out of business. I just wish the court would move faster. The case, brought by California attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of herself, was filed after no response from Obama.

You should have seen them in action during Bill Clinton's fiasco. I have great confidence in their abilities during Obama's fiasco. This is far from the first lie we have put up with from Pelosi.
