The Tea Party reaches out to meet with Republican National Committee Chairman Michael S. Steele. Some Tea Party leaders don't trust Steele and don't want to meet with him, fearing Steele will co-opt the Tea Party movement.
It seems to me that the best outcome for the Tea Party and Republicans would be for the RINOs all to get lost and for the Tea Party to call the shots, in other words the Tea Party co-opting the Republicans. The Republicans have been a disgrace lately.
