Appeals court: We're listening to eligibility case

At last, some progress. Not in the DC cases but in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Whatever any movement happens in the court system against Obama is good. Now if he can be found guilty of usurpation and taken out of the country's chain of command while there is time to repair some of the long list of problems he has caused, that would be really good news. It is tedious waiting for the courts.
