'The game is called “Cross the Line” and many outraged parents believe that it does just that.
A middle school in Marinette, Wisconsin got a group of 5th-8th graders together and organized a really fun game that asked students to step forward to answer “yes” to a series of highly personal questions. Questions like…
Do your parents drink?
Do you cut yourself?
Has anyone in your family been to jail?
Have you ever wanted to commit suicide?
Do you or your parents do drugs?
Unbelievably, school administrators believed that this “game” would help the kids to be better and kinder friends. “The intent of this activity was to build stronger, more respectful relationships among students,” said Principal Shawn Limberg. The “game” was part of an anti-bullying program.

Several parents voiced their concerns and had them brushed off. Amanda Fifarek, mother of a 7th grade student, told FOX 11, “They basically told us that all the students were lying…all the students got together and planned it out and if they weren’t lying, it was all misperceptions. They didn’t specifically say do your parents do drugs.”
Of course. We all know those silly children must have just misunderstood the whole thing.

I think we can all see how easily this could go sideways. This collection of information from unwitting children could be used to instigate social services investigations, to find out which parents are using their 2nd amendment right to own firearms, whether they’ve complied with Obamacare, what their lifestyle choices are, how they practice their religious beliefs, what the family’s political beliefs are, or to single out kids for forced medical or mental health treatment against the wishes of their parents. We need only look at all of the zero tolerance hysteria to see how quickly this could get out of hand.'

The U.S. Constitution reserves the power of public education to the states and local governments.
But today in the United States, the long-time aim of many leftists to give the federal government control over the minds of the next generation is nearly a done deal.
“For decades liberals have tried to seize control of public school curriculum,” author and Eagle Forum founder Phyllis Schlafly warned the attendees of The Constitutional Coalition’s 25th annual Education Policy Conference in St. Louis, Mo., this weekend. “Now [President] Obama’s mighty pen can achieve that goal.”
Schlafly, referring to Obama’s recent boast that his “pen” can bypass Congress via executive orders, explained her warning to hundreds of assembled teachers, school administrators, parents and activists at the Educational Policy Conference, or EPC, this weekend. Piggybacking on what several EPC speakers contended through dozens of shocking examples, Schlafly warned that the federal “Common Core” standards for public education not only blatantly violate the Constitution, but also indoctrinate students in leftist thinking, violate personal privacy and pave the way for a socialist society.

Yet the newfound ability of the federal government to dictate what students should learn has many concerned citizens arguing “Big Brother” has too much influence over the minds of the next generation.
Referring to George Orwell’s novel “1984,” from which the term “Big Brother” comes, former U.S. Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., told the EPC conference, “Orwell was right; he was just off by three decades. … I propose we act as ‘revolutionaries’ and tell the truth about education in America.”

Several opponents of Common Core have argued the standards set a bar that “dumbs down” what children need to learn, omitting key standards like proficiency in reading, writing, arithmetic, basic historical knowledge and exposure to classic literature.

Yet Linda Harvey, founder of Mission: America, revealed at EPC one of the exemplars is Toni Morrison novel “The Bluest Eye,” which is a disturbing tale of a daughter being raped by her father and then being befriended by a pedophile. Even more disturbing, the book portrays the rape scene from the viewpoint of the rapist.
Another exemplar text, listed for ninth graders is “Mother of Monsters,” a story in which a mother displays the virtue of “individuality” by intentionally deforming her own unborn children while pregnant.

“The Founders are made out to be racist, deceiving hypocrites,” Lembke told EPC.
“Our Founding Fathers must be rolling over in their graves,” he continued. “The authors of Common Core are on a mission. And their mission is to rewrite our history.”

David Coleman, the “architect” of the Common Core Standards Initiative, has since become president of the College Board, which designs the SAT and Advanced Placement, or AP, tests – and the Common Core influence is already being seen, for example, in the College Board’s AP History Framework.

You will not see Alexis de Tocqueville anywhere in these materials,” Korach said. “There’s nothing about the Pilgrims coming to America for religious freedom – it’s not discussed. … All they say is the British colonies ‘established racial rigid hierarchy.’
“There’s hardly anything at all about the Declaration of Independence, one sentence on it and no explanation. There’s one phrase on Washington,” he continued. “There’s none of the ideals motivating the Revolution … no discussion that we believe our rights come from God and not the Crown … no mention at all of Thomas Jefferson, Adams, Franklin, Madison or Patrick Henry. … ‘Give me liberty or give me death’ – it’s not there.

Russia’s Pravda Declares “Communism Won in America with Obama; US Suffering Has Only Begun”

What remains to be seen is whether 2014 will bring more of the same or whether “we the people” will wake up from our somnambulant states. Deconstructing the NIST WTC 7 Building Report
The written account of World Trade Center Building 7 at the Architects & Engineers for 9/11Truth web site is understandable although technical. I found that the audio in the 8-minute video was difficult for me to follow because the narrator speaks with a British accent, making the emphasis points different from those spoken with an American accent.
However I totally agree that a new 9/11 investigation is required to set the record straight as to the technical points of the steel beams and columns.
Probably more important and potentially much more devastating is finding out what really happened that day. Was the American public being deliberately misled so people would get behind Bush in a war? What was Cheney doing that day? Why wasn’t Bush surprised at the news? How come certain foreign nationals were permitted to leave the country during the air travel shutdown? What were certain federal agency heads’ motivations? Was the event a false flag like the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which LBJ used to get our country involved in Vietnam, or like Pearl Harbor, where some sources say FDR had two years advanced notice of the attack. Will we have to wait 50 years for certain people to die, as in the recent discoveries of the JFK assassination, before the government releases classified information? The Warren commission was a poor joke. We haven’t heard enough about the details of the Oklahoma City bombing either. Who called people the day before and told them not to come in for work the next day?
Think back and ask yourself, who do you trust to tell you the truth? The news media? The government? Clinton? Bush? Obama? The new Common Core education for our young people? It seems that the deeper you dig the worse it gets.

However I totally agree that a new 9/11 investigation is required to set the record straight as to the technical points of the steel beams and columns.
Probably more important and potentially much more devastating is finding out what really happened that day. Was the American public being deliberately misled so people would get behind Bush in a war? What was Cheney doing that day? Why wasn’t Bush surprised at the news? How come certain foreign nationals were permitted to leave the country during the air travel shutdown? What were certain federal agency heads’ motivations? Was the event a false flag like the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which LBJ used to get our country involved in Vietnam, or like Pearl Harbor, where some sources say FDR had two years advanced notice of the attack. Will we have to wait 50 years for certain people to die, as in the recent discoveries of the JFK assassination, before the government releases classified information? The Warren commission was a poor joke. We haven’t heard enough about the details of the Oklahoma City bombing either. Who called people the day before and told them not to come in for work the next day?
Think back and ask yourself, who do you trust to tell you the truth? The news media? The government? Clinton? Bush? Obama? The new Common Core education for our young people? It seems that the deeper you dig the worse it gets.

The Impeachment of Barrack Hussein Obama

It is way past time for this. Lets get rid of that liar and dictator Obama and every law he has made, together with his Supreme Court appointments, and let's get America headed in the right direction.
Let's not stop there, There has been about 100 YEARS of manipulation of the US dollar and the Constitution that needs undoing. Let's undo what he has done to our children and their education. Then there is the Obamacare socialized medicine.
We the people can handle all of these changes. We have already had to handle Obama for several years. Impeachment and its fallout will be like a breath of fresh air.

Exposing Common Core
One of the tactics used by politicians is to give something a warm and fuzzy name that is meaningless. This is happening with "common core" as it is starting to get some bad press. Look for "next geration science standards" instead. Gee, I feel better already. Don't you? 16-minute video.

The American Iron Curtain
Daniel Greenfield has written a great article. "It is a wall of words. A wall of laws, regulations and mandates." I never would have thought that this topic would be relevant to my blog of Freedom, but watching Obama and his Fabian, creeping gradualism in the military, foreign policy, education, Obamacare, our economy, and our laws makes me think otherwise.
Those who are old enough remember the Berlin wall and the Evil Empire's iron curtain, but there are many young people who do not and are subject to believing the revisionist history being taught in some leftist schools and universities. The mostly accepted official versions of what happened in New York on Septemer 11, 2001, the Oklahoma City bombing and the recent Boston Marathon coupled with the criminal fraud of Obama's "presidecy" and his czars makes me believe that there is a rotten philosophy in America that needs to be purged.

Obama’s Common Core
Michael Voris has a 7-minute video on Common Core education that may blow you away. He says it has been adopted by 46 states very quietly, and that Bill and Melinda Gates, of Microsoft and the New World Order population control, have been throwing lots of money at Common Core to support it. It also has about one half of the Catholics supporting it, but perhaps not realizing what it is they are supporting. Some professors are refusing to sign their names to the new educational standards.

Now, every single bit of information a school collects under the Common Core program can be shared among federal agencies and sold to private companies—with no parental consent and in many cases, NO OPT-OUT.

A teacher responding to criticism of Common Core said: “I am a teacher that understands and dislikes Common Core, and I do not know of any teacher that likes the program. It is another example of BIG GOVERMENT taking over more of our lives. We do not need a Department of Education at the federal level, because states know their educational needs better than Washington. States may disagree with what the federal government mandates to them, but they will do whatever they have to for federal money. Common Core and many many programs get into our educational system in this manner. Doesn't this sound like the way big government is trying to take away our freedoms? There will be a massive data collection program that goes with this program. They will follow your children from grades kindergarten through high school. Every infraction will be put in the record. Every place your child goes will have every piece of information about your child including their hobbies, mistakes, and every bad grade. They will know a lot about you too.
There is one thing you all should focus on. You are losing your liberty! Right, left, middle, all of you, you are losing your right to control your child’s education.'
