Isn't Obama wonderful giving the gifts of Common Core and Agenda 21 to our kids? Not!

'Move over Bill Gates, Barack Obama is here. He’s meeting with town and city mayors and dropping millions of dollars on them under the guise of infrastructure resources in order to advance the United Nations ongoing push for Common Core.
Like a comic book Daddy Warbucks come to life from the cartoon world, Obama met with town and city mayors last week offering them millions of dollars to boost the spread of Common Core through the nation’s public schools.
...
The United Nations built Agenda 21 through bought-off town and city hall governments, more than a thousand caving in from the get-go to sell off the sovereignty of entire populations.
ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives) is the driving force of Agenda 21 implementation. “ICLEI members comprise a powerful movement of more than 1,000 cities and local governments around the globe, including 12 mega-cities, 100 super-cities and urban regions, 450 large cities as well as 450 small and medium-sized cities and towns in 84 countries.”
“In the United States, 450 member cities and counties include small rural towns and bustling metropolises in 46 states.”
...
Most village, town and city dwellers do not even know they are living lives under UN control. CFP columnist Dr. Ileana Johnson, who describes in detail the depressing stranglehold the UN has over citizen life in yesterday’s column, tells all in her book, UN Agenda 21: Environmental Piracy.
While Agenda 21 works to corral civil society into Communist-patterned stack-and-pack apartment units and puts drivers into plastic and tin hybrid cars, President Barack Obama is now leading the UN takeover of public education through Common Core.
...
Until average people re-focus patriotic energy to town and city halls, they will be owned body and soul by the greedy, One-World Government-seeking United Nations.'

The Skinny on Bitcoin
Ileana Johnson Paugh of Canada Free Press wrote this article.

Bruce
'Currency circulating today, not backed by gold or silver since August 1971, is fiat currency, created and authorized by governments as their official currency. It has value only because the government says it does and there is faith in that particular government that prints the currency.
...
Users love Bitcoin because it offers privacy from government intrusion, lowers transaction costs, and affords long term protection of loss of purchasing power from inflation. Inflation has been a serious concern lately. Escalating prices, coupled with endless quantitative easings by the Fed are reasons for that apprehension.
The price of Bitcoin as virtual money can be volatile, theft and fraud are serious fears, and a “long term deflationary bias encourages the hoarding of Bitcoins.”
...
From the regulatory standpoint, Congress does not know how to grasp and include Bitcoin under federal securities law and under foreign exchange trading. Two Senate hearings were held:
•November 18, 2013, Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, “Beyond Silk Road: Potential Risks, Threats, and Promises”
•November 19, 2013, Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, “The Current and Future Impact of Virtual Currencies”
The rub is that Bitcoin is not redeemable for another commodity, it is not legal tender like the U.S. dollar, it is not backed by any government (may or may not be a good thing), and supply is not determined by a central bank (may or may not be a good thing).
...
If Bitcoin takes off, its existence might interfere with the Fed’s monetary policy by impacting the quantity of money, velocity of dollar circulation, and potentially interest rates.
Bitcoin use appears attractive and desirable because of lower transaction costs, more privacy, and no loss of purchasing power due to inflation. However, Bitcoin’s purpose as a medium of exchange is questionable due to its price volatility, Bitcoin is no legal tender, and hacking into Bitcoin account holders can be a problem.'

'“The absolute worst – and often irreparable – damage done to the Free World has been caused by the Kremlin’s disinformation operations designed to change the past.” – Lt. Gen. Ion Mihai Pacepa
...
Misinformation and disinformation are not interchangeable, he clarified. “Misinformation is an official government tool while disinformation is a secret intelligence tool.”
...
Disinformation is manufactured history spoon-fed by teachers and college professors to our nation’s youth, creating false narratives that our country has committed countless atrocities. The current and future Americans are thus obligated to redress such real or imagined atrocities through endless apologies, sensitivity training, and “white guilt” driven wealth redistribution caused by the invented notion of “white privilege.”
...
Disinformation is the mainstream media telling the public that a “study found” that mercury, a known neuro-toxin, is actually beneficial for infants when given in vaccines.
...
Disinformation is propagandizing the idea of Green Growth and Sustainability Everything for the better good of the planet while planning on massively moving people off their lands and from the suburbia into urban micro-pods, 200 square feet of space, stacked 9-story high, without cars and elevators, just walking and biking, in order to re-wild private lands because environmentalists have decided long time ago that suburban sprawl is bad and there are too many destructive humans on the planet. When challenged and presented with the evidence of all the Smart Growth plans and Agenda 21 documents, American citizens are “framed” and vilified as dangerous loons.
Disinformation is dismantling piece by piece, executive order by executive order, judicial decision by judicial decision, Congressional Act by Congressional Act, the American family, the military, the labor force, the stellar American healthcare system, the education system, decency and morality, the justice system, businesses, and our Christian faith while telling low information voters that it is done for the greater good, for the collective that will eventually rob them of their freedom.'

'My “I Can’t Believe This is Happening to America” list is growing larger by the day. It is so vast now, I can write a book. Would my book have an audience? Judging by the eagerness with which most Americans have embraced the transformational hope and change of our country to communist utopia, the answer is no.
...
I can’t believe New Yorkers have elected a blatant Marxist as their mayor.
...
It was a cruel joke to pretend that poll watchers were making sure voting was legitimate. All illegal aliens in my county have driver licenses.
...
I can’t believe our government would make 12 ads portraying young people, Millennials, as promiscuous individuals whose only goal in life is to hook up.
...
I can’t believe that government would take control over our bodies, over every facet of our lives, break so many laws in such a short period of time that I’ve lost count, with nobody protesting, impeaching, or sending the offenders to prison.
...
I can’t believe police are everywhere, cavity searching, car searching, and home searching, with or without probable cause, with or without warrants. I can’t believe most judges are now communist activists litigating from the bench the rules of Marxist utopia.
...
I can’t believe our schools in many states are now bowing down to Islam while forbidding our Christian traditions, national anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance, and our flag.
...
I can’t believe our property rights, zoning, and water usage, passage, mineral and fossil fuel exploration rights will be turned over to the United Nations.
...
I can’t believe that 29 progressives wrote Common Core education standards, using $178 million in funds from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, with the intent of turning our children into good little communist subjects, yet Americans think that is good for the country. I can’t believe that the curriculum was not scrutinized by those in charge from the 45 states that adopted Common Core indoctrination.
I can’t believe that our education will be further dumbed down towards the collective mindset where American exceptionalism that gave us all the technological developments in the last 150 years will be relegated to the dust bin of history.
I can’t believe that we lost our country to Marxists and everybody seems to be preoccupied by the latest episode of their favorite reality show, sports team, vampire show, and witch show.'

Elder Abuse under ObamaCare
A reader of this elder abuse article, DrKeteDC, made the following comment:
“I don't know how this pertains to Obamacare, which is horrible on its own, because this sounds like typical treatment by the medicos in a hospital. The individual becomes a number and a piece of meat to fight over. Sickening to know that this story will become even more commonplace if you aren't one of the privileged demographics. Sadly, they really don't know how to treat this on their best day. I feel very sorry for this woman.”
That is similar to how I felt my wife and I were treated when we were living in an Assisted Living facility. Since we were over 65, by definition we were senile and stupid, and we were frequently treated that way.

'Because Jane is 74 years old and a “unit” under ObamaCare, her utility to society must be low in the complicated formula the bureaucrats have devised to kill as many inconvenient elderly as possible.
New rules under Medicare and Tricare required that a case manager be assigned to her. Jane was no longer a patient with feelings, humanity, personality, but a “case.” Think of her case manager as someone whose sole purpose was to provide as little care as possible to an elderly American in dire need.'

The Radical Transformation of America’s Classrooms

"Liberal education has been very successful in this country because nobody challenged the progressive educators and their agenda. We are waking up to the unraveling of our society caused by this liberal education and wondering, what happened. Could it be too late to reverse the damage?
Conservative news outlets are pointing out the obvious—our children have been indoctrinated into socialism for 33-40 years and this indoctrination is finally bearing fruit. We have bred a nation of young, entitled citizens who do not like to work, do not like to read or study anything too involved or complicated that exceeds Twitter’s 140 words, do not take responsibility for their actions, exhibit righteous indignation if their demands are not met, claim racism and hate speech if others disagree with them, and are afraid of their shadows."

Common Core and CSCOPE Education
Wow! What a change in education for the worse since I went through school in the 50s and 60s. Dr. Paugh has tried to fight against all the politically correct garbage being force fed to our chidren and grandchildren. Is it any wonder that American students aren't doing well? In the 1950s Russia's lead in developing the Sputnik space satellite woke us up, that we needed to fix our education. We need to stop the "progressive" Socialists again, but that may not be possible today.

"In the late seventies, Americans were very proud and fiercely protective of their freedoms granted by the Constitution, of the United States, and of their standing in the world as a capitalist nation. Just the mere notion that someone came from a communist country raised eyebrows and pointed questions about one’s allegiance.
Then on October 17, 1979, President Jimmy Carter signed into law the Department of Education Organization Act, the U.S. Department of Education began operating on May 4, 1980, and things started to change.
People’s patriotic behavior and protectiveness of their culture, of their language, of the capitalist system in general that made them the most prosperous nation on earth, began to erode more and more overtly. Among the culprits were teachers who advanced personal socialist agendas to impressionable youth who believed every word they said.
...
At first I attributed my basic clash with other teachers’ educational views to my assimilation problems. Teachers would tell me, this is how we do things in this country and, if you don’t like it, you can go back where you came from. That I did not want to do because that is exactly why I left – education, how people thought, lived, behaved, and what they learned was dictated and entirely regulated by the Communist Party in the classroom.
I began to realize quickly that most of these teachers were hard-core liberals who were acting and behaving just like our former communist apparatchiks.
...
Education must be “collective” (code word for communism). If students are not equal, self-esteem is hurt. Grades and diplomas should be equal for unequal work in order to achieve social justice in education. Individualism is discouraged yet it is rugged individualism that has made this country great.
...
It will be a fascistic world if every person will be forced into a government-dictated and enforced, dumbed-down mold, where everybody is equally intelligent, equally capable, equally trained, equally able, and equally educated with a diploma on the wall that is not worth the paper with the fancy intaglio printing on it."

Socialist Work Ethic
The "Socialist Work Ethic" -- wait, isn't that an oxymoron?

'One of the first things that pleasantly surprised me about Americans upon my arrival in 1978 was the strong American work ethic, “the belief in work as a moral good.” The Webster’s Dictionary claims that the word “work ethic” was first used in 1951. I was contrasting it with the socialist workers’ paradise work ethic I saw in my twenty years of life under the communist party regime – “we pretend to work and they pretend to pay us.”
Daddy used to tell us stories about his young team of misfit apprentices who hid as soon as they arrived at work to continue their morning sleep. Dad had to look for them in new nooks and hideouts every day. It was a challenge and an irritation to get people to work because they could never be fired, no matter how bad they were. The communist party dictated that, in order to keep the masses quiet, everybody had to have a job and a meager salary. In their pursuit of a better hiding place, some hapless greenhorns crawled into dangerous areas with toxic fumes and liquids. Dad worked in a large refinery that had supplied oil to the German Army during World War II under another misguided regime.
...
I was in awe at the long hours Americans worked, their dedication to the work place, productivity, personal responsibility for errors, much better remuneration based on merit, and pride in a job well done. I soon understood why – people could get fired for non-performance and inability to do the job in a timely manner. This is something that socialist countries like France, Italy, and Greece are not allowed to do by law.'

The way past Obama is dismantling the United Nations
This article is written by Judi McLeod and Doug Hagmann of Canada Free Press (CFP). They suggest that Canada can be the leader in doing away with the UN. In 1945 the UN sounded like a good idea to promote world peace, but it has not been successful. If anything the UN promotes heavy-handed Communism at our expense.

'But giving up is never the answer when the way to free America, and in fact citizens of the world from Obama, is to petition Canada—the nation that started it all—to dismantle the United Nations. Dismantling the United Nations is an end-around, out-of-the-box type of tactic that we have yet see anyone consider, yet could well be an effective method of neutering threats on multiple levels.
The ongoing plan to fundamentally transform America did not originate with Obama, who is merely the latest Agent of Change working to complete a UN agenda to implement One World Order (OWO).
...
If dismantling the UN sounds impossible, someone called Mikhail Gorbachev arranged the dismantling of US military bases—from the comfort of a US-taxpayer bought-and-paid-for house at the San Francisco Presidio.
The wholesale dismantling of America’s military bases is a well-documented reality anyone can Google.
...
The Presidio was one of 90 military installations being closed under the Base Realignment Closure Act of 1988, an initiative launched by some of Gorbachev’s Democratic friends, many of whom like Nancy Pelosi remain in office to the present day.
...
The original mission of the UN charter was “to maintain international peace and security”, a goal they have failed to achieve over 67 years.
Somewhere along the line the UN charter lost its compass on peace and security and morphed into environmentalism and control of the world population through the insidious Agenda 21.
...
Integral to UN success is the reality of its octopus-like structure. Faceless and monolithic in nature, the UN is the world’s largest bureaucracy. Through its long, uninterrupted history, no country has been able to make the UN accountable.
...
Cunning like all things Marxist, the world body ducks being cornered on Agenda 21’s danger to civil society by pretending it is only a nightmare dreamed up by conspiracy theorists.
The best definition of Agenda 21 belongs to Mark Edward Vande Pol, a former Agenda 21 planner for Santa Cruz, California: “This is Agenda 21. The UN intends to control your life, through incremental mandates instituted by your local government bureaucracy. You will never see it. You will never vote on it. No matter which path they use, the agencies can pen the new regulations under ‘threat’ of lawsuit and down the pipe it comes: the enforceable administrative rules without legislation.” (Italics CFP’s).'

U.N. Agenda 21: Environmental Piracy
It seems that Hillary Clinton and Obama support the UN taking over America with Agenda 21. I still think it is past time to get rid of the UN and the foreign aid that we can no longer afford. Be glad you don't live in Romania.

"President Obama is going to make good on his promise to spread the wealth around through his global tax plan, the UN global governance, a plan to steal from the United States and distribute our wealth to third world nations that are really the backbone and the reason for the United Nation’s existence. United Nations is no longer the peacekeeper it was intended to be and it does not represent the interests of the United States.
...
All the foreign aid that we give third world nations is never used for good – it buys weapons to further the wars between factions in third world nations that are fighting for control and dominance. Those in power take the foreign aid that becomes the means to succeed in their plans to control the population and keep it poor, undermining free enterprise and economic freedom.
...
All these taxes are part of the master plan for global redistribution of wealth from the United States to the third world via the stewardship of the United Nations under the umbrella of global governance. The global transfer of taxes is not going to help poor people in third world nations. The money will go to the corrupt dictators who run these nations and dominate the discussion and policy at the United Nations.
...
Is this the kind of country we want to live in? Do we want to give up our wealth, weapons, the ability to defend ourselves, our economic freedom, our property, our country, our way of life, and sovereignty to the United Nations, run by tin pot third world dictators, in the name of “social justice” dictated by Agenda 21?"

UN Agenda 21: Environmental Piracy
Agenda 21 is pathetic. The US should get rid of the UN and quit peeing away our money at it.
On Monday, October 15, 2012, at 6:30 PM Hal Shurtleff of the John Birch Society has invited all interested people to a discussion of the dangers of Agenda 21. Where: Parker Library, 28 Arlington Street, Dracut, MA. iNFO; (978) 569-5004 OR (857) 498-1309

"UN Agenda 21 makes suggestions and recommendations that are adapted into law at the state and local levels through comprehensive land use plans which are voted on and included by the board of supervisors into local zoning codes. Citizens do not understand its damaging ramifications to their private property, the ability to make a living, to use their land, grow food in their gardens, sell their produce freely, and engage in agriculture. Local land owners do not have the opportunity to provide their input into the decision-making process, they are at the mercy of “visioning committees” and the board of supervisors, often plants or paid subscribers to the One World Government’s UN Agenda 21 document."

He never hid his utter disdain for the arrogant, narcissistic, and uneducated couple who rose from the poverty of community organizing with empty promises of paternal and maternal care for the weak, the poor, and the downtrodden, to a life-style of the rich and famous."

Conclave with Global Consequences
Here is a Bilderberg group meeting update from the Canada Free Press.

'It does not take a rocket scientist to make an educated guess about the topics of the May 31-June 3, 2012 conference: pondering another war in the Middle East, global warming environmental fraud pushed by UN Agenda 21, Internet I.D. and control, the presidential election in the U.S., control over media, our Congress, our military, and the European crisis.
...
The Washington Post today published a short piece on the bottom of the Metro section (local news) about the meeting, reporting on the protesters outside as conspiracy theorists. The article said, “Attendees are encouraged not to discuss the proceedings, which fuels secrecy concerns. In other words, the first rule is, you do not talk about Bilderberg.” The Chairman and CEO of the Washington Post is one of the conference attendees. (Annie Gowen, Washington Post)
...
Some speculate that Mitch Daniels, the Governor of Indiana, one of the attendees, will be chosen as vice-presidential pick for Mitt Romney. He is scheduled to deliver a speech during the conference.
...
My painstaking list shows that these individuals are not just meeting to have a conclave to bounce around ideas and have discussions away from prying eyes and ears; they are actively affecting policies in their countries and influencing public opinion. They are not benign members of a secretive elite club who meet for academic fun and would like to be left alone—they are global rulers and decision makers with far-reaching consequences into our collective lives.
No matter how liberal media spins the activities of the Bilderbergs and maligns those who know the truth as “conspiracy buffs,” yearly conference attendees are powerful individuals of the global elite class, passionately interested in shaping our future in the vision of their collective beliefs.'

DICED is UN’s Environmental Constitution for the World
As usual, watch out for the socialistic UN telling the USA what to do.
Bruce
'I am sure there are many Americans who have no idea nor care what “The Draft International Covenant on Environment and Development” (DICED) is. They should. Some call the Draft Covenant “Agenda 21 on steroids” while others see it as the “Environmental Constitution of global governance.”'

Rio +20 Earth Summit will tie population into green knots
The UN wants control of the planet and those of us who live on it. I say buzz off, but our presidents say otherwise. They know what's best for us.

'The 65-page socialist document released from the Conference on Human Settlements (1976) declared private land ownership and wealth as primary reasons for “social injustice.” Its recommendations that were later incorporated in UN Agenda 21 are:
•Redistribution of population according to resources
•Government control of land use in order to achieve equitable distribution of resources
•Land use control through zoning and planning
•Government control of excessive profits from land use
•Urban and rural land control through public land ownership
•Developing rights must be held by public authorities
...
The United States, represented by George Bush, and 178 other nations signed the document that proposed regulations, organizations, and practices that limit the economic behavior of citizens, organizations, and firms with regard to water use, land use, transfer of technology, and human habitation under global governance.'

MSM Ignores Judge’s Ruling
Ileana certainly is correct about the controlled news media.

'It comes as no surprise to patriotic Americans that the mainstream media and the alphabet soup networks print and broadcast only news that further their leftist cause while hiding important developments.
...
Dennis Pantazis, one of the Havlish attorneys, said, “It was a wonderful day. A great day where the truth was finally revealed in a court of law with strong, strong evidence. The judge allowed us to put on and present all the evidence that we had filed directly or under seal and he accepted it and made a ruling in our favor. Now we go on to prove damages for each one of the family members.”'

Where does American Exceptionalism Come From?
Here is some insight concerning the failed Department of Education under Socialism from Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh.
Bruce
"The Americans I was meeting were proud that they had liberated Europe of fascist Italy and Germany, that they had put an end to the advancement of the Japanese Empire.
...
Jimmy Carter signed into law The Department of Education Organization Act on October 17, 1979 thus dividing The Department of Health, Education, and Welfare into the Department of Education and The Department of Health and Human Services. The Department of Education began operating on May 16, 1980 and thus began the dumbing down of American education.
...
Young people demand more and more from their country and feel entitled to basic needs that people used to get through hard work. Now they claim, it is their right. Everything that Americans used to earn for themselves is now expected from the federal government, a lazy cradle to grave existence, following the failed European model.
...
It saddens me that, for the past two years, the American president has apologized for our exceptionalism as if it was a character flaw and shameful. I am very proud of it and I would like to think that this pioneer uniqueness of spirit, the envy of the world, still exists among Americans."

The New and Improved American Dream as Envisioned by UN Agenda 21
Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh knows what she is talking about with Agenda 21. She immigrated to America from Communist Romania when she was a young woman. She wrote a fine book titled, "Echoes of Communism."
