Doug Hagmann found a number of unexplained questions in the death of Loretta Fuddy, the Hawaiian official who authenticated Obama's birth certificate.
I never heard any results of my July 6, 2011 posting on this blog concerning the following subpeona delivered to Fuddy per direction of Orly Taitz:
'(Jul. 5, 2011) — A process server has delivered a Hawaii court-issued subpoena to Loretta J. Fuddy, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, commanding her “to produce at the time, date, and place set forth below the following documents, electronically stored information, or objects, and permit their inspection, copying testing, or sampling of the material:”
original 1961 typewritten birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama, III [sic] issued 08.08.1961, signed by Dr. David Sinclair, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama and registrar Lee, stored in the Health Department of the State of HI from 08081961 until now.
The subpoena allows Fuddy until August 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. to produce the document.'

White House nightmare: Eligibility case still alive
This story is lengthy because it has been pending for years. We citizens deserve to hear the truth, finally. For the umpteenth time, the case of Obama not being a President because he is not a natural born US citizen is being raised, but this time it's Larry Klayman raising the case, who is not intimidated by the Obama goons making fun of his arguments.
If Obama's phoney presidency is labelled as such, that means that every law and every executive order that Obama has signed is null and void. It also means that everyone else, Joe Biden, Eric Holder and others are perhaps complicit. Taking America to war illegally was a crime. The whole bunch could be off to prison where they belong.
Finally LTC Lakin, who had the nerve to question Obama's authority as commander in chief might be reinstated with his retirement pay.

Court officials confirmed to WND today that the case brought by attorney Larry Klayman, who founded Freedom Watch, and most recently hit the headlines for a successful fight against Obama’s program run by the National Security Agency to spy on Americans, remains on the docket.
It’s been fully briefed, but the justices haven’t announced yet whether they will hear oral arguments on the dispute, even though Klayman asked for an opportunity.
The case raises some of the same arguments that appeared earlier in dozens of local, state and federal court cases over Obama’s first term.
They all argue in some fashion that because of the lack of details about Obama’s birthplace, he might be ineligible to be president under the Constitution’s requirement. That is thought to have been defined by the Founders as someone who was born of citizen parents in the country.
If the parents’ citizenship is a qualifier, Obama by his own admission fails, since he reports his father was a Kenyan student who came to study in the U.S. but never was a U.S. citizen himself.

Then comes Chief Justice Roy Moore, who is on the record wondering about the truth.
In an interview with WND in 2010, he defended Lt. Col Terrence Lakin’s demand that Obama prove his eligibility as commander in chief as a condition of obeying deployment orders.

If either a bona fide birth certificate is produced or an admission is made that it does not exist, he writes, “this most important of legal questions will have been answered, the purity of Alabama’s ballot maintained, and the anxiety of Alabama citizens stilled.”
If the issue is not resolved, he said, citizens will be left with the impression “that their government was dysfunctional and has ignored their real concerns.'

Details of the Obama forgery exposed

But Doug Vogt and Paul Irey have written a book, called "From Forgery to Treason; The Destruction of the United Sates from Within." Vogt is filing a criminal lawsuit identifying a crime of treason against the US that Obama has allegedly committed, and that is a different type of filing that the judge may not be able to dismiss and ignore as were the judges in prior cases.

Today, America appears to be in a similar position. The United States is that subway car and we, as citizens, are the hostages under the control of a small group of people.

Unmasking the embassy threat

"The terrifying yet largely unreported fact is that after two elections and nearly five years, we still do not know with certainty the legal name, true legal identity or status of the man holding the highest office in America.
Equally disturbing, and something that should concern everyone, is that anyone who continues to raise questions about Obama’s eligibility status or the authenticity of his long form birth certificate is either subjected to public ridicule or worse, threats to their safety.

Who is it that holds the most powerful position in America? What is the true, legal identity of the man who has “fundamentally changed” this country so much in such a short period of time, and is capable of changing it even more? Who is behind the face of power, and just who is setting the course of our country? These questions have yet to be satisfactorily answered. Soon, merely asking them will be made into a criminal act as our freedoms are continually eroded by a man whose identity remains in question.
As the silence and the media blackout of this matter continues, all three branches of our government appear to have been captured by an enemy from within. The corporate media is complicit in keeping the American public in the dark about the truth behind the identity of the most powerful man in the world.
It is clear that our elected officials have been compromised into silence, as well as our judiciary."
