Instead of getting a search warrant for one individual's cell phone, the NSA now captures all cell phone data in a country where the targeted individual is believed to be until they can narrow down the suspect's location, he explained.

I am reminded of how many people were restrained in mental institutions in Russia because they didn't agree with how great the ideas of the communist party were. Control of people's thoughts is what they wanted and got through physical imprisonment.

I remember when computers were new to our government research in the 1940s and 1950s. They were huge, taking up entire rooms tor the Central Processing end the Memory and Storage Units to process very simple instructions. That is the case with this research now, but look at how small and powerful computers have become, for example cell phones, GPS, laptops.
