Amnesty judge gets tough with defiant Obama

WND says, "The federal judge who ordered a halt to President Obama’s amnesty-for-millions plan now is telling federal attorneys to come to his courtroom in Brownsville, Texas, and explain why someone issued three-year deportation exemptions and work authorizations to 100,000 people before the program was scheduled to begin.

U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen issued an order Monday for the lawyers to be at a hearing in his courtroom March 19, the Herald newspaper in Brownsville reported.

Hanen’s preliminary injunction stopped Obama’s executive actions on amnesty before the government was to begin accepting applications from qualified illegal aliens Feb. 18.

However, the paper said there were extended stays and work authorizations issued to 100,000 illegal aliens prior to the scheduled start date."

A legal brief filed in a federal court in Texas warns that if the judge decides to reverse himself and allow President Obama’s amnesty program to move forward right away it could cost U.S. taxpayers $144 billion.

The friend-of-the-court brief contends Obama’s executive immigration actions delaying deportation and offering benefits to an estimated 5 million illegal aliens could forever change the legitimacy of elections in America because of the possibility the illegal aliens could be allowed to vote.

Sheriff Joe asks court to expedite amnesty lawsuit

WND reports: Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona, is asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to speed up the timetable for his lawsuit alleging Barack Obama’s amnesty program is unconstitutional, because the changes in law that Obama imposed by memoranda already are under way.

“Some aspects of the challenged programs have gone into effect already,” he explains in a filing submitted to the appeals court by attorney Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch.

WND reported last month Judge Beryl Howell, who was appointed by Obama in 2010, dismissed the claim based on “subject matter jurisdiction.”

Arpaio will be forced to deal with illegal aliens under Obama’s plan, instead of having them deported, the case explains.

This story is lengthy because it has been pending for years. We citizens deserve to hear the truth, finally. For the umpteenth time, the case of Obama not being a President because he is not a natural born US citizen is being raised, but this time it's Larry Klayman raising the case, who is not intimidated by the Obama goons making fun of his arguments.

If Obama's phoney presidency is labelled as such, that means that every law and every executive order that Obama has signed is null and void. 'Filed on appeal almost a year ago, a legal challenge against Barack Obama remains lurking in the hallways and offices of the Alabama Supreme Court, where at least two justices already have indicated an interest in the radioactive issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president.

Court officials confirmed to WND today that the case brought by attorney Larry Klayman, who founded Freedom Watch, and most recently hit the headlines for a successful fight against Obama’s program run by the National Security Agency to spy on Americans, remains on the docket.

It’s been fully briefed, but the justices haven’t announced yet whether they will hear oral arguments on the dispute, even though Klayman asked for an opportunity.

The case raises some of the same arguments that appeared earlier in dozens of local, state and federal court cases over Obama’s first term.

They all argue in some fashion that because of the lack of details about Obama’s birthplace, he might be ineligible to be president under the Constitution’s requirement. That is thought to have been defined by the Founders as someone who was born of citizen parents in the country.

If the parents’ citizenship is a qualifier, Obama by his own admission fails, since he reports his father was a Kenyan student who came to study in the U.S. but never was a U.S. citizen himself.

Then comes Chief Justice Roy Moore, who is on the record wondering about the truth.

In an interview with WND in 2010, he defended Lt. Col Terrence Lakin’s demand that Obama prove his eligibility as commander in chief as a condition of obeying deployment orders.

If either a bona fide birth certificate is produced or an admission is made that it does not exist, he writes, “this most important of legal questions will have been answered, the purity of Alabama’s ballot maintained, and the anxiety of Alabama citizens stilled.”

If the issue is not resolved, he said, citizens will be left with the impression “that their government was dysfunctional and has ignored their real concerns.'

'Earlier today, a federal judge in New York City issued a ruling that trashes the U.S. Constitution Obama-style, endorses absolute tyranny over the American people and runs interference for an unbridled and runaway National Security Agency (NSA). The judge’s name is William Pauley III, regrettably my former classmate at Duke University, but also someone who has now protected a Democratic president who I suspect hopes will now appoint him to a higher post, perhaps even the Supreme Court when Justice Ginsburg retires.

The ruling of Judge Pauley, who found that the NSA’s grossly overbroad and unbridled collection of metadata on all 300 million-plus U.S. citizens is peachy keen, since the government has an absolute right to secretly spy on all Americans, is an outrage. Here are excerpts from his opinion, which he likely issued on a Friday to try to deep six critical media scrutiny.

To the contrary, the courageous judge in my lawsuit against President Obama and the NSA, the Honorable Richard J. Leon, who found that the NSA’s overly broad spying without regard to terrorist threats is unconstitutional and in fact “almost Orwellian” – that is typical of a police state – ruled this way when he preliminarily enjoined the NSA from further abuse of the people’s right to be secure from unreasonable searches of their private and most confidential information:

Contrasting these two judges and their decisions, it is clear who worships at the altar of a government god and who respects and enforces the God-given constitutional rights of the American people. Judge Pauley regrettably embodies what as a whole the judiciary has become: the “yes men” of the ruling establishment – whereas Judge Richard J. Leon is a rare jurist for We the People and thus an American hero.'

Add to that the massive spying on American citizens by the NSA, implemented by President Obama and sanctioned by Republicans like Sen. John McCain and Rep. Peter King, coupled with the Obama Department of Homeland Security’s stockpiling of weapons, ammunition and use of domestic drones for the internal security force to use against the people, and you have a revolution in the making.

To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world and a list of demands that require resolution.

1. The National Security Agency’s (NSA) over-broad and unconstitutional spying on American citizens needs to be curtailed and limited to those who are legitimately related to terrorism, terrorist acts, or those who are or could be linked to breaches of national security.

2. The rules of engagement, which favor Muslim jihadists, must be changed in order to preserve the lives of American military units.

3. The attempt at socializing the United States of America by enacting the unconstitutional health care plan Obamacare must be blocked, and Obamacare as it stands must be repealed.

4. The current administration must agree to significantly lower taxes for all U.S. citizens.

5. The Internal Revenue Service must be abolished entirely leaving in place only a reasonable consumption or flat tax.

6. Immigration reform is critical to our nation’s survival. We must seal the borders and not allow any illegal immigrants into the country. We must come up with a plan that does not involve amnesty.

7. The budget deficit must be significantly reduced.

8. The president must submit himself to examination and appear in front of a citizens’ grand jury to answer questions under oath regarding his illegal, treasonous and impeachable actions during his presidency.

9. The president must provide a physical, original copy of his birth certificate to We the People and submit himself to the scrutiny of qualified forensic experts.

10. The United States must not push for a Palestinian State on the West Bank.

11. The United States must support the Egyptian military and rid all Muslim Brotherhood ties.

12. The United States of America must support Israel in a pre-emptive strike against the Islamic Republic of Iran to destroy its nuclear facilities.

13. Pledge that our Second Amendment rights to bear arms will never be abridged and that our weapons of self-defense will never be confiscated.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury and blatant lies."
