The American Iron Curtain
Daniel Greenfield has written a great article. "It is a wall of words. A wall of laws, regulations and mandates." I never would have thought that this topic would be relevant to my blog of Freedom, but watching Obama and his Fabian, creeping gradualism in the military, foreign policy, education, Obamacare, our economy, and our laws makes me think otherwise.
Those who are old enough remember the Berlin wall and the Evil Empire's iron curtain, but there are many young people who do not and are subject to believing the revisionist history being taught in some leftist schools and universities. The mostly accepted official versions of what happened in New York on Septemer 11, 2001, the Oklahoma City bombing and the recent Boston Marathon coupled with the criminal fraud of Obama's "presidecy" and his czars makes me believe that there is a rotten philosophy in America that needs to be purged.

Army General blames 'Night Stalker' for purge
I mentioned Valerie Jarret's name at breakfast today and 3 of 3 people had never heard of her. For one thing it shows how the controlled news media keep her out of the limelight, but as Obama and his wife's closest long term leftist czar and advisor, she bears close attention. Judi McLeod had an editorial in Canada Free Press (CFP) a few days ago on 11/1/2013 that said the same thing "America’s real president wears a skirt."
If Valerie Jarret is the person heavily involved in getting rid of 200 of the military's top officers on purpose, just think of the years of training and experience we are discarding in the interest of political correctness. If that is allowed to continue what kind of military leadership will we have left?
To me it sounds like Obama's Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is becoming his long sought after civilian personal army, may soon be the equal of the military. DHS has much more ammunition than any other federal agency, and Obama has seen to it with his Executive orders and his decrees to the military that it will be easy to declare a false state of national emergency and martial law to take command of this country. Then it will be time for the FEMA concentration camps to kick in, for our protection of course, to hold any persons not in agreement with Obama and Jarret's policies.
Of course I'm one of the crazy people who loved America before it was run by leftists and I will need to be locked up, for my own protection, of course. You probably won't read about it in the newspapers that handle only Obama's propaganda, but you might find it reported in CFP or WND unless Obama has imprisoned all of their staffs as well.

Buried within its pages, the 2012 NDAA contained language authorizing the military to arrest and detain American citizens indefinitely without due process or habeas corpus, if they are suspected of being “terrorists” or what the act terms “covered persons.”
In addition to being a clear violation of the Posse Comitatus Act – which prohibits the U.S. military from conducting combat operations on American soil – the NDAA effectively abolishes the constitutional right to due process. The term “covered persons” is sufficiently vague as to be meaningless and thereby can be stretched to accommodate whatever purpose the government desires.

The Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Agency and other parts of the federal government recently have contracted for the purchase of 1.7 billion rounds of ammunition, including a recent purchase of 450 million rounds of .40 caliber hollow-point handgun ammunition.

Why do these civilian agencies need that much ammunition? Hollow-point bullets are designed explicitly for anti-personnel use. The government claims this ammunition is strictly for target practice and annual qualifications drills. If so, why is so much HP ammunition required?

In addition to the foregoing, it has just been disclosed that DHS has purchased 2,717 military-surplus MRAP (i.e., mine resistant ambush protected) armored personnel carriers from the military and is retrofitting them for use with that agency. The 18.9-ton MRAP was designed for service in combat; specifically, to withstand small-arms fire, improvised explosive devices, mines, rocket-propelled grenades and other military-grade threats. Why does a civilian agency of the federal government need such equipment – and in such quantity?

whistle-blowers have come forward to disclose that the data center in Bluffdale, Utah will collect not only foreign signals, but domestic ones as well. When operable, the facility will have the ability to comprehensively collect and store all cell phone, text message, e-mail, and internet search engine traffic – not only collected from other nations, but those originating in the United States.

for agencies like the CIA to surveil and spy upon ordinary citizens in their own homes, automobiles and places of business, “Items of interest will be located, identified, monitored, and remotely controlled through technologies such as radio-frequency identification, sensor networks, tiny embedded servers, and energy harvesters — all connected to the next-generation internet using abundant, low-cost, and high-power computing.” Common household items/goods such as automobiles, refrigerators, washers-dryers and thermostats will be “chipped,” connected to the internet and mined for data.

Obama's litmus test for the military
Here is an excellent summary of what has been wrong with America since 1913. The progressive left has taken charge gradually and *extremely* slowly. Think of the foreigner Obama and his czars today, about 100 years later. Next to be *radically changed* by Obama will be our military.

'(The Examiner) Last night, it was revealed that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had ordered more security at the U.S. mission in Benghazi before it was attacked where four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens were murdered by Al-Qaeda but President Obama denied the request.
The news broke on TheBlazeTV’s “Wilkow!” hosted by Andrew Wilkow, by best-selling author, Ed Klein who said the legal counsel to Clinton had informed him of this information.
Klein also said that those same sources said that former President Bill Clinton has been “urging” his wife [Hillary] to release official State Department documents that prove she called for additional security at the compound in Libya, which would almost certainly result in President Obama losing the election.

Is this the lull before the storm?
I hope the answer is no, and that Obama is voted out peacefully, we reverse the Socialism that he has "built", we return the country to economic and military strength, and we live in peace and harmnony forever. Hope is not a position of power, however, and I don't see Obama and his czars and Soros, Obama's puppet master, giving up their power willingly. Because the controlled news media is controlled by Obama we won't get any real news from them of election fraud that happens. Given the history of cover ups during the last four years we could be in for anything. I would count on my hopes being dashed. Judi McLeod has a position like mine. What do you think?

Is Obama playing for the opposing team? by Michael Savage
When I started this blog in 2007 I paid close attention to what our elected "leaders" were doing vs. what they were saying. Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi usually were saying one thing and doing the opposite. The new czars in the Obama administration were quick to ridicule and short on answering questions. For real news the press was useless. Engineers and scientists who questioned the "official" 9/11 stories were scoffed at. When Janet Napolitano and her DHS called veterans terrorists I wondered what planet she came from. I thought at the time that Alex Jones was quite extreme in his views of government tyranny. Now after seeing Obama's phony "presidency" and his covered up Marxist background stomp on the Constitution in what I consider treasonous behavior, Alex Jones' claims don't seem that extreme any more. Add to that Obama's Executive orders and his large cache of hollow point bullets and his desire for a civilian force as powerful as the military and just as well funded. Now Michael Savage in his newsletter asks an excellent question. Is Obama playing for the opposing team?
One quote from Michael Savage really sticks in my mind. It sums up what I feel my blog has been all about.

In fact, at the outset of World War II, the Italian navy was larger than that of Germany and Great Britain combined.
On the other hand, while Obama is building roads to nowhere, he’s destroying the American military at the same time.
There’s one thing you don’t know about Barack Obama: He is true to his cause. He’s following the script that was clearly laid out for him.

How else do you explain they’re still calling the rise of Islamic regimes “the Arab Spring” when everyone knows the regimes rising there are far worse than those which were just overthrown?

It leads you to ask yourself what side he’s on and whether he’s not playing for the opposing team.
It leads serious men to stay awake long into the night and ask themselves: Have we been invaded and have the enemies already taken over this country?'

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration.
-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

Just this week, Obama has issued a new executive order that seeks to "harmonize" U.S. economic regulations with the rest of the world. This new executive order is yet another incremental step that is pushing us closer to a North American Union and a one world economic system.
Unfortunately, most Americans have absolutely no idea what is happening. The American people need to understand that Barack Obama is constantly looking for ways to integrate the United States more deeply with the rest of the world. The globalization of the world economy has accelerated under Obama, and this latest executive order represents a fundamental change in U.S. economic policy. -EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
Feel free to verify the "Executive Orders" at will... and these are just the major ones. I'm sure you've all heard the tale of the "Frog in the Pot"... are you all comfortable yet?

Just this week, Obama has issued a new executive order that seeks to "harmonize" U.S. economic regulations with the rest of the world. This new executive order is yet another incremental step that is pushing us closer to a North American Union and a one world economic system.
Unfortunately, most Americans have absolutely no idea what is happening. The American people need to understand that Barack Obama is constantly looking for ways to integrate the United States more deeply with the rest of the world. The globalization of the world economy has accelerated under Obama, and this latest executive order represents a fundamental change in U.S. economic policy. Now federal regulators will be required to "harmonize" their work with the
international community.

US Military Reveals Coup Plan To Topple Obama
