“Obama’s father was not a United States citizen when Obama was born. In his two books, ‘Dreams from My Father’ (1995) and ‘The Audacity of Hope (2006), Obama states that his father was Barack Hussein Obama and that he was a British subject at the time Obama was born,” the case argues.'

Is Obama constitutionally eligible to serve?

I am getting fed up with Obama the fraud and usurper. It looked like at last his eligibility evidence would be looked at by Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the long wait for Americans who care that a president must meet the requirements of our Constitution would be over. Instead there has been no news for over a week. In my view the whole process would take a day, three days at the most. What is the holdup? And what of Quo Warranto case against Obama? Why the delay?

What we have instead is over 200 headlines from news stories in the past that show how tedious and time consuming and costly Obama's refusal to cooperate has put our country through.

Quo Warranto case against Obama

I am very interested and hopeful in this case, which is being heard by Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. It could put Obama out of business. I just wish the court would move faster. The case, brought by California attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of herself, was filed after no response from Obama.
