BREAKING NEWS! Barack Obama defaults in Grinols et al v Obama et al, a case dealing with Obama's use of forged IDs

2/7/2013 For some reason, like corruption for example, court cases that would put you or I in prison don’t seem to affect Obama. Something smells rotten.

2/2/2013 1100 AM EST this email from Orly Taitz, as breaking news, sounded like a very important event, but so far I haven't seen any relared stories. It looks like someone has been tampering with Orly's website. A web search for "Orly Taitz" brings up the "Breaking news! Defendant Barack Obama defaulted in Grinols..." headline and in a second column next to the "defaulted" story appears "Recent Posts", which contains "Report of tampering with my website preventing people from signing my petition to /congress to immediately investigate Obama’s forged IDs and his use of a stolen CT SSN" Bruce

Obama defaulted on his appearance before the US Supreme Court in the case filed by attorney Orly Taitz. This means he admits he is a citizen of Indonesia and used fraudulent papers to get elected. I believe the next step should be to arrest him and anyone else complicit in his crimes. Then anything he has signed should be declared null and void. Good riddance.

The link is to Orly Taitz's web site. The documents are a little difficult to read. The original request was for the California Supreme Court to issue an injunction against Obama's being sworn in, and the court didn't do that. Defendant Obama is not qualified for the office of U.S. President, as he is a
citizen of Indonesia operating under an alias.

Defendant Obama is using a forged birth certificate to validate his claim of
an American birth. In proffering false documents in order to obtain a federal
position, Defendant Obama (in this case, the Presidency) has violated 18 USC §
911 (falsely representing that he is a US citizen); and 18 USC § 1001 (June 25,
1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 749; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(L), Sept. 13,
1994, 108 Stat. 2147; Pub. L. 104–292, § 2, Oct. 11, 1996, 110 Stat. 3459; Pub. L.
108–458, title VI, § 6703(a), Dec. 17, 2004, 118 Stat. 3766; Pub. L. 109–248, title I,
§ 141(c), July 27, 2006, 120 Stat. 603.) in falsifying his identity as a member of the
executive branch of the federal government.

Defendant Obama is using a forged Selective Service Certificate to
demonstrate his claim of a lawful registration for the draft, when no such
registration occurred. In proffering a falsified draft registration, Defendant
Obama has violated 18 USC § 1001, and is further disqualified from holding any
position within the Executive branch of the United States government pursuant to
5 USC § 3328.

Defendant Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security number which was
never assigned to him as a proof of his identity. In proffering a false social security
number, Defendant Obama, is in criminal violation of 42 USC § 408, which
provides as follows:..."
