Special army unit ready to be deployed on American soil just before November elections in October

I've warned about martial law in our country before. All it will take is Obama deciding to declare a national emergency. Perhaps there are classified plans, like there were classified plans for engaging my unit when there was danger of a postal strike. Only these plans would be much more serious. Whatever, I cannot imagine Obama stepping down peacefully when the executive orders are there already, just waiting for Obama's whim.
