In Praise of Cheerful Men

These men did not have a lot to make them cheerful in 1941. They were troops of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, who fought to defend our country while their families were imprisoned in our Japanese detention camps. The 442nd included Daniel Inouye, now 85, who lost an arm while winning a Medal of Honor.
