No dictators please. Regardless of whether this happens, Obama and Bush "fixed the books" and illegally gave the POTUS too much power through B.S. and Executive orders. This is obviously NOT in our Constitution and therefore not legal, even if our wonderful Congress thinks that they passed a "law" saying so. For someone to believe or support this Executive power nonsense they must not be following their Constitutional oaths.

"The second possibility would be that President Obama, because of laws that are already on the books, would have the power to declare a ‘national catastrophe’ and simply assume the leadership of the government. This gets Congress and the courts out of the picture. At that point there are no limits on the power of the President if he calls for a ‘national catastrophe.’"
