The FCC has shot itself in the foot. What part of "no authority" was unclear to them? Of course, that shouldn't stop Obama from regulating the Internet anyway. Maybe he and his pal Joe Lieberman are thinking of another idiotic Executive Order to add to his pile of martial law executive orders.
