Attorney warns justices real problem is getting judges to take oath 'seriously'

I see this as a very serious matter, disrespecting the Constitution and the oath to uphold it. The Constitution is not, as George Bush described it, "just a goddamned piece of paper." Nor is it something to be ignored, as Obama and the Supreme Court are doing. I say follow the law. If you can't or won't, get out!
