Implementation Of Barack Obama's Takeover Of The Internet Will Commence In A Matter Of Days!

You read that right. The details of Barack Obama's Internet Takeover were just published in the federal register, which means full implementation of this massive regulatory power grab will commence on June 12.

This story was in an email requesting a donation to the Center for Individual Freedom. I will try to give my readers just the story of "Socialism on the Internet."

A subheading to this story says, "Obama Moving To Outlaw Conservative Websites." The story goes on to say, "What Would You Say If Barack Obama Ordered Your Local AM Radio Station To Stop Broadcasting The Rush Limbaugh Show?" It seems to me that long term it is exactly what Obama the dictator wants to do.

If calling this un-American power grab by Barack Obama's FCC an "Internet Takeover" — which has been sold on an unsuspecting public as something called Net Neutrality — sounds a little far-fetched, then consider just one example of what is contained in the 400 pages of the Obama-FCC order.

Here's what the FCC says about First Amendment rights in Section 544: "The rules we adopt today do not curtail broadband providers' free speech rights. When engaged in broadband Internet access services, broadband providers are not speakers, but rather serve as conduits for the speech of others."

Okay... so here's a question: Do local AM radio stations not "serve as conduits for the speech of others." Come to think of it, is your radio not a "conduit" for the speech of others?

Now, let's be clear. This Obama-FCC order only applies to the Internet (at least for now), but the analogy should serve to illustrate EXACTLY what Barack Obama and the FCC are thinking when it comes to your First Amendment rights. Call it the Fairness Doctrine for the Internet.

Rush Limbaugh perhaps said it best: "[D]o you want the people who gave you ObamaCare running your Internet service? Do you want them in charge of what you can get and when you can get it and how much it's gonna cost you?"

This story comes from a company named Wholesale Direct Metals, Inc. a discount volume precious metals dealer. The story is obviously against tyrannical government.

As initially reported by the Wall Street Journal, “Operation Choke Point” was secretly launched to cut certain industries off from banking services, under the pretense that they jeopardize the “reputation” of the banks... 

 

What’s more, Operation Choke Point is conducted without first having shown that the targeted companies are violating the law. All of the targeted industries are perfectly legal, and the companies have not been charged with any crime...

 

There’s no need to explain why the federal government would want to shut down gun manufacturers & sellers. A well regulated militia, although necessary to the security of a free state, is a direct threat to a tyrannical government. The question is, why target gold? The obvious answer: gold is as great a threat to the nefarious interests of the state as guns are!

 

Why? Because the United States and governments across the globe are increasingly turning to private wealth confiscation in order to manage their massive debts and maintain their power structure."

Amnesty judge gets tough with defiant Obama

WND says, "The federal judge who ordered a halt to President Obama’s amnesty-for-millions plan now is telling federal attorneys to come to his courtroom in Brownsville, Texas, and explain why someone issued three-year deportation exemptions and work authorizations to 100,000 people before the program was scheduled to begin.

U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen issued an order Monday for the lawyers to be at a hearing in his courtroom March 19, the Herald newspaper in Brownsville reported.

Hanen’s preliminary injunction stopped Obama’s executive actions on amnesty before the government was to begin accepting applications from qualified illegal aliens Feb. 18.

However, the paper said there were extended stays and work authorizations issued to 100,000 illegal aliens prior to the scheduled start date."

You don't suppose that Obama has long since gotten too big for his britches?

Sheriff Joe now fighting Obama plea for amnesty

Bob Unruh at World Net Daily has the story.

A legal brief filed in a federal court in Texas warns that if the judge decides to reverse himself and allow President Obama’s amnesty program to move forward right away it could cost U.S. taxpayers $144 billion.

The friend-of-the-court brief contends Obama’s executive immigration actions delaying deportation and offering benefits to an estimated 5 million illegal aliens could forever change the legitimacy of elections in America because of the possibility the illegal aliens could be allowed to vote.
