Does Obama Really Meet The Constitutional Definition Of A ‘Natural Born Citizen?’

This long article is the most comprehesive one I have seen on Obama's eligibility to serve. It has always been very obvious to me that Obama is not eligible because his father was never a US citizen, but a British subject. Like most if not all of my readers I have seen the Supreme Court refuse time and again to hear the case, watched Orly Taitz and other attorneys get shot down, watched Jerome Corsi write his popular book, watched Sheriff Joe Arpaio be ignored, watched Pastor David Manning's trial be ignored, and saw Donald Trump's accusations be ignored. So far Obama's controlled news media and his lawyers have successfully scoffed at anybody who would believe that Obama is not eligible, but they always absolutely refuse to answer the simple question of is he eligible. Obama's first Executive order from his first day in office was to seal all his records. A reader said in the comments following the article that there is a hearing coming up in California Supreme Court, so that is probably the next step. Do you remember how Bill Clinton was frequently compared to teflon because none of the accusations against him would stick? Maybe we can get the equivalent of a blue stained dress that is associated with Obama.

'Our nation does not constitutionally recognize dual citizenship and when our naturalized citizens take their oath of allegiance to the United States they renounce any and all allegiance to any foreign land or person. As weak as some would want The British Nationality Act to be, the Supreme Court’s unanimous definition of Natural Born Citizen remains unchanged.

Our congress and courts have refused to confront this issue and it is a Constitutional crisis for our nation and troops. The media and candidates refuse to ask the right questions, insisting on affirming Obama was born in the USA while disregarding the Constitutional requirements.

Where Obama says he was born is irrelevant. What is relevant is the Constitutional requirement for the Presidency; and the Oath many of us have taken especially those in public office to “… support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God”'

This is from a book written by Miki Booth, “Memoirs of a Community Organizer from Hawaii.” Those who have been reading this blog for a while may remember Obama's January 2010 impeachment trial conducted by Pastor David Manning.

0bama not eligible in GA - AL won't let him register to be on ballot - IL has petition to keep him off ballot

Well, now what? In spite of his failure to emerge as a victor in Georgia, what can Obama do now? Sooner or later, the controlled news media will have to cover this story. If the power brokers in the National Security Council, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg group, the CFR, and George Soros decide to continue with Obama and not "throw him under the bus," we could see a "national emergency" declared *soon* that would have Obama as our "leader." Or what about Joe Biden if not Obama? 24-minute video.

This could be something like the health emergency he declared a few years back saying everyone must be vaccinated and you're a terrorist if you don't. Or maybe a financial doom crisis as Obama and the bankers give away our money to foreign interests. Or a food crisis. Or a large storm crisis. Or a nuclear incident. It could be a "false flag" operation, where we attack ourselves and make it look like we were attacked, as similar stuff was done to get us into World War II and the Vietnam wars. Hitler did a similar plan to get his dictatorship going with public support. Use your imagination.

It would need to be something that the people would rush to participate, to prevent the perceived bad or deadly outcome. If food and water was only available in Wal-Mart stores, would you hurry to get in line? A disaster could have "broken" the normal pipe lines.

If this power grab is for more than the USA and its Constitution, likely Obama would have to coordinate with the UN. The UN needs to be at the leadership position of the world government, or the New World Order.

I expect the unusual to happen. This is his last chance to have a "national emergency." I don't think that Obama is ready to play dead yet or to give up what he has as a result of his false "presidency." And Sheriff Joe Arpaio's report is due in February which will be another nail in Obama's coffin.

Judge rules on Obama's Social Security number

This is so bizarre. Should we be looking for the CIA's fingerprints in this coverup? Obama continues to get a pass from the court system on everything he does, Constitutional or not, and from the Congress too. "...and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else."

What is going on with this guy, pretending to be a legitimate president, who has been stonewalling us since the beginning as to his background? His first Executive order was to seal all his records and he has paid legal fees of over $1.7 million to keep them sealed. We have him a no show for a trial with Pastor David Manning. As "Commander in Chief" of our military he caused LTC Lakin to be court martialed and serve time for asking for proof of eligibility. He dictated our entry into war because the UN was OK with it. The case was filed by California attorney Orly Taitz, who has battled many of the major court challenges to Obama's eligibility based on a lack of evidence that he qualifies under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born citizen."

What do Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly and Hannity have in common? They work for Fox news. That is good news generally but to a point. Fox news is owned by Rupert Murdoch. For whatever reason Beck, O'Reilly and Hannity have obviously been told not to question Obama's citizenship or his wife's disbarment from Harvard Law School.
