Sounds like some medical manufacturers go the way a lot of computer software manufacturors test their software before it goes into production. Some companies don't want to spend the money on adequately testing their products and would rather lie to their customers and get their products out on time. Then they have the customers do the testing they should have done in the first place. Let the buyer beware.
