There is a real fine collection of stories about "Border Patrol Agent Killed in Southern AZ" on this link to The American Survival Guide by Kenny Solomon. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed on December 15, 2010 and his family was not told much about the circumstances of his death by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE). The story turned into a cover up of murder by BATFE and may implicate Eric Holder.

DEVELOPING: TUCSON, Ariz. -- A U.S. Border Patrol agent was fatally shot after he encountered several suspects in southern Arizona, officials announced Wednesday.
Agent Brian A. Terry was killed late Tuesday near Rio Rico, Ariz., according to a statement released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials."
