A possible use for the prisons being built in the USA -- This is a bit far fetched, but with Obama's Communist style dictator government being built, I can't say with certainty it would't happen. A food shortage crisis happens because the regular food supply is contaminated. However, no one ever comes back with food. They disappear instead. I'm sure that Obama and his czars can do better. They've had lots of practice lying to people.
