This seems to fit. Create a steady flow of urgent problems and solve them with socialism. A friend of mine, Edward D., mentioned to me that he had read a book about thirty years ago, "None Dare Call It Conspiracy", that talks about a Committee on Foreign Relations and the One World Order. I'm not selling papers or magazines here but see if this makes sense to you.
