Attorney wants to argue eligibility in Washington

I'll be glad along with millions of other people to see this case get moving again. It almost got started in October but Judge Carter dismissed it. A hearing is scheduled for today, January 4. In my opinion, to move the case to Washington, DC would lessen its chances of being dismissed again. There is at least one judge in DC, Judge Lambarth, who was fair-minded with Judicial Watch and didn't put up with Bill Clinton's bullshit. If Judge Lambarth or another with a patriotic view hears this case, we should have some luck. In the October trial the case was never heard based upon its merits. I think Judge Carter thought that the case was disrespecful to Obama and dismissed it.
