Don't Let the UN Take Over Everything Over, On, In, and Under the Oceans

Let's give the UN control of the oceans. Bring back John Kerry, that great hero of Vietnam. Leon Panetta is doing such a great job as Obama's Secretary of Defense we may never reverse the damage he has done. These twits want the UN to run the US and the world government. Instead let's throw the bums out. What gives them these bright ideas?
