The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) wants America to be part of the North American Union and to give up its sovereignty, and to not have borders with Mexico and Canada, so that is what is being done. There will be amnesty and no illegal immigrants by definition. If the Constitution gets in your way, ignore it!
Don't like it? Tough! Just like when Obamacare was rammed down our throats, it doesn't matter what you citizens think!
