More on Operation Garden Plot

"The governmentattic.org website has posted four declassified documents on Operation Garden Plot, obtained under the Freedom of Information Act."

Thank God for the Freedom of Information Act. Otherwise we would be absolutely in the dark about what our elected and unelected officials are plotting/planning.

This is a continuation of a post I made Sunday, December 5, 2010, "Want proof foreign troops are here now? Watch."

December 13, 2010 -- I have looked in detail at the Garden Plot operations plan and find it to be reasonable. I speak as a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel having spent significant amounts of time looking at and creating operation orders. If there are other operations plans that deal with rounding us up and putting us in FEMA detention camps they must still be classified. The portion of the plan that discusses the use of force is also reasonable. The force used must be the minimum required to get the job done. The use of deadly force requires special circumstances, like preventing arson to a building containing innocent bystanders.

Page C-7-8, Appendix 7 {CSA letter of instruction} to Annex C {Concept of Operations} to Department of the Army civil disturbance plan discusses the use of force and deadly force.
