JW Sues Obama's Administration Over "Climate Czar" Records

In Judicial Watch's weekly update they are looking at Obama's "appointment of unconstitutional "czars," individuals charged with executing Obama's policy agenda in secret and without congressional oversight. Our first major "czar" lawsuit is over the role of controversial "Climate Czar" Carol Browner."

The second item of investigation is, "JW Sues Justice Department for Documents Regarding Decision to Prosecute Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in New York Court. There is no question about it. President Barack Obama has completely botched the handling of 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed."

These investigations are time consuming because they can involve getting documents under the Freedom of Information Act, but without that Act we would be out in the cold, especially if the government wants you to know as little as possible.

This link has a link to the Council on Foreign Relations proposal entitled Building a North American Community, dated May, 2005. It is the first time I saw anything in writing about joining the countries of Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

I think we've got to get our own economy and borders working from the mess that Obama and the leftist democrats made of them. After that, if we want to consider a proposal from our neighbors, it should be done in the open, not in secret meetings by the so-called elite.
