Obamacare. First it was a penalty according to Obama that everyone must purchase healthcare insurance, or else. It was whatever Obama's lawyers wanted it to be according to their legal strategy for a given day. Now the Supreme Court has ruled it is a tax. A large number of doctors has said that they would quit practicing medicine if Obamacare was constitutional.
