United Nation’s Agenda 21, Sustainable Growth, ICLEI

This is an incredible use of an Executive Order. It is like legislation from the bench, except this is from the Executive Branch. Over the years the Presidents have grabbed power just by the stroke of their pens onto Executive Orders, including martial law plans and hiding Obama's background. They are often not reported by the damned controlled news media.
