What are the chances? The mysterious death of Loretta Fuddy
Doug Hagmann found a number of unexplained questions in the death of Loretta Fuddy, the Hawaiian official who authenticated Obama's birth certificate.
I never heard any results of my July 6, 2011 posting on this blog concerning the following subpeona delivered to Fuddy per direction of Orly Taitz:
'(Jul. 5, 2011) — A process server has delivered a Hawaii court-issued subpoena to Loretta J. Fuddy, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, commanding her “to produce at the time, date, and place set forth below the following documents, electronically stored information, or objects, and permit their inspection, copying testing, or sampling of the material:”
original 1961 typewritten birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama, III [sic] issued 08.08.1961, signed by Dr. David Sinclair, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama and registrar Lee, stored in the Health Department of the State of HI from 08081961 until now.
The subpoena allows Fuddy until August 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. to produce the document.'

...err, about that BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Obama must have been born ahead ahead of his time, because several items listed on his "authentic birth certificate," such as the hospital name,“Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital,” and the country where his father was born, Kenya, did not exist under those name on August 4, 1961. You don't suppose he was (gasp) lying?

White House nightmare: Eligibility case still alive
This story is lengthy because it has been pending for years. We citizens deserve to hear the truth, finally. For the umpteenth time, the case of Obama not being a President because he is not a natural born US citizen is being raised, but this time it's Larry Klayman raising the case, who is not intimidated by the Obama goons making fun of his arguments.
If Obama's phoney presidency is labelled as such, that means that every law and every executive order that Obama has signed is null and void. It also means that everyone else, Joe Biden, Eric Holder and others are perhaps complicit. Taking America to war illegally was a crime. The whole bunch could be off to prison where they belong.
Finally LTC Lakin, who had the nerve to question Obama's authority as commander in chief might be reinstated with his retirement pay.

Court officials confirmed to WND today that the case brought by attorney Larry Klayman, who founded Freedom Watch, and most recently hit the headlines for a successful fight against Obama’s program run by the National Security Agency to spy on Americans, remains on the docket.
It’s been fully briefed, but the justices haven’t announced yet whether they will hear oral arguments on the dispute, even though Klayman asked for an opportunity.
The case raises some of the same arguments that appeared earlier in dozens of local, state and federal court cases over Obama’s first term.
They all argue in some fashion that because of the lack of details about Obama’s birthplace, he might be ineligible to be president under the Constitution’s requirement. That is thought to have been defined by the Founders as someone who was born of citizen parents in the country.
If the parents’ citizenship is a qualifier, Obama by his own admission fails, since he reports his father was a Kenyan student who came to study in the U.S. but never was a U.S. citizen himself.

Then comes Chief Justice Roy Moore, who is on the record wondering about the truth.
In an interview with WND in 2010, he defended Lt. Col Terrence Lakin’s demand that Obama prove his eligibility as commander in chief as a condition of obeying deployment orders.

If either a bona fide birth certificate is produced or an admission is made that it does not exist, he writes, “this most important of legal questions will have been answered, the purity of Alabama’s ballot maintained, and the anxiety of Alabama citizens stilled.”
If the issue is not resolved, he said, citizens will be left with the impression “that their government was dysfunctional and has ignored their real concerns.'

Details of the Obama forgery exposed

But Doug Vogt and Paul Irey have written a book, called "From Forgery to Treason; The Destruction of the United Sates from Within." The moment I saw him bring up the disgusting topics of the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR), the New World Order and the UN, I could tell where he was headed with his report.

The Impeachment of Barrack Hussein Obama

It is way past time for this. Lets get rid of that liar and dictator Obama and every law he has made, together with his Supreme Court appointments, and let's get America headed in the right direction.
Let's not stop there, There has been about 100 YEARS of manipulation of the US dollar and the Constitution that needs undoing. Let's undo what he has done to our children and their education. Then there is the Obamacare socialized medicine.
We the people can handle all of these changes. We have already had to handle Obama for several years. Impeachment and its fallout will be like a breath of fresh air.

"This isn't just poor leadership. The Obama administration is corrupt to the core. The scandals surrounding the IRS, Benghazi, Fast in the Furious and Solyndra have shown us this cabal will do anything to stay in power."

"The news coming out of Washington, D.C., this week serves as a stark reminder about how our so-called government has ignored the grievances of We the People and why it is time to rise up in a peaceful, non-violent revolution to alter, amend or abolish it if our leaders do not heed our demands.

Add to that the massive spying on American citizens by the NSA, implemented by President Obama and sanctioned by Republicans like Sen. John McCain and Rep. Peter King, coupled with the Obama Department of Homeland Security’s stockpiling of weapons, ammunition and use of domestic drones for the internal security force to use against the people, and you have a revolution in the making.

7. The budget deficit must be significantly reduced.

'How could anyone who has pledged to support and defend the Constitution, reconcile the following violations of the Constitution that are destroying America?
1. For many, many decsades, our Government has been meddling in the internal affairs of other countries, without any Constitutional authority, causing foreign nationals to direct their hostilities towards us, which has given us a War on Terror and a growing Police State at home that is repugnant to the Fourth Amendment and the General Welfare of a Free People;
2. For many, many decades, we have had undeclared wars in violation of the War Powers clauses of Articles I and II;
3. We are now gifting and lending public money and credit to private corporations for decidedly private purposes (corporate welfare), without any constitutional authority, whatsoever;
4. We have a fiat currency, in violation of the money clauses of Article I;
5. We have been emitting trillions of dollars worth of Bills of Credit through or under the auspices of the Federal Reserve System in violation of Article I;
6. We have been incurring trillions of dollars worth of debt for the payment of expenditures for programs and activities that are not enumerated in Article I, and therefore not authorized;
7. We have a fraudulently ratified 16th Amendment in violation of Article V, a direct, un-apportioned tax on labor in violation of the tax clauses of Article I, and a judicial system that refuses to consider the evidence, in violation of Article III;

11. We have an absence of well-regulated state militias, and we have federal and state gun control laws, all in violation of the Second Amendment;

For decades, in violation of the sovereignty clauses of the Declaration of Independence, the United States has been entering into treaties, contracts and relationships with foreign entities, and giving authority to international bodies, dissipating, destroying and undermining America’s sovereignty;
13. We have private land being taken for private purposes in violation of the Fifth Amendment.
14. We have a Government about to become a provider of Health Care, and about to order the People to purchase a product, powers that are not enumerated in Article I, and therefore not authorized.

Together, they control the world’s banks and have captured the American political system. They select the American presidents while allowing us to believe we elect them. Perhaps more importantly, they control the wealth of the world.
If you think that this is too far out to believe, simply look to a Swiss study titled The Network of Global Corporate Control, published in 2011 by Stefania Vitali, James B. Glattfelder and Stefano Battiston. It was an extensive investigation into who controls the power and wealth in the world. According to the results of that study, a mere 147 corporations control 40 percent of the global wealth:...

Current events are all designed to make America less viable, ultimately to be destroyed from within. We can trace this plot back generations, but need to look no further than the man selected to preside over the destruction of our country. We have a man occupying the White House who failed his background check and furnished a forgery for a long form birth certificate with impunity. Those of us who objected to his candidacy until he proved his Constitutional eligibility were told to “sit down and shut up” by politicians and pundits alike. Look at the connections between Obama’s mother to Timothy Geithner’s father, for example, while they worked together in Indonesia for the Ford Foundation. The problem is, however, according to forensic experts, the birth certificate is altered and forged.

As readers of this column and WND know too well, Obama is not a natural-born citizen eligible to be president of the United States, as he was not born in this country to two American citizen parents. However, to justify his fraud and his elections to the highest office in the land, and after years of inquiry, in 2011 the Obama White House posted on its website a birth certificate purporting to show him having been born in Hawaii. The problem is, however, according to forensic experts, the birth certificate is altered and forged.

On Nov. 19, 2013, a day that will hopefully live on in the history of our once great republic, I call upon millions of Americans who have been appalled and disgusted by Obama’s criminality – his Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda – among other outrages, to descend on Washington, D.C., en masse, and demand that he leave town and resign from office.

Who will root out White House corruption?
Lord Monckton asks this excellent question. I don't see an answer from either the Democrat or the Republican "leadership". For this issue to be raised and the questions of Obama's eligibility to serve to even be discussed, I give credit to two news sources that I follow closely, World Net Daily (WND) and Canada Free Press (CFP). Also the Judicial Watch organization and the John Birch Society. Individuals with backbones are Larry Klayman and Sheriff Joe Arpaio. There are many more people who fight for honesty and truth in government that I will likely never meet but thanks for what you do. Together we will make a difference.

It's ba-ack: But eligibility focus is on Cruz
Obama should have been invetigated before he got elected by the fawning media and his sneering supporters who covered up for him. Look at his first executive order which covers up his past. For a very long time he and his supporters have been working to ruin this country for their personal gain.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his posse have solid evidence that Obama is a criminal fraud. Unfortunately, Obama's sneering supporters have succeeded so far in covering it up and delaying our court system. Donald Trump isn't buying the cover up and neither am I.
According to this blog's sources, Obama is setting up his private army with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and setting himself up as a Hitler dictator. DHS has been buying military equipment and ammunition for state and local police to use against its citizens.
How much more "stuff" has to happen to us before Obama and his supporters are shown the exit door? Should we wait for Obama to collapse our economy next?

Do you mind if we store your DNA data and share it with everybody?

If you have nothing to hide, what is your problem? Are you afraid that the government is collecting personal data at the expense of your privacy? So what? Your government knows what is best for you and tries to protect you from harm, and this is the thanks you give. The greatest good for the greatest number is what's important after all. Gee, where have we heard that before? The Communist Manifesto?
Individual freedom, initiative and choice? Passe. Boring. So 1990s. The Constitution? George Bush, the father of the Patriot Act and Obama's predecessor said it was just a piece of paper. Obama ignores it anyway. Too restrictive.
Remember how the happy school children were taught in 2008 to sing songs praising the great Obama? The teachers and kids that I saw on film clearly enjoyed what they were doing. Shades of Hitler? No way.
So lighten up. Get with the Democrats and cut Obama some slack. Trust him and trust the integrity of all of his Executive orders, especially the one he issued his first day in office, declaring his records are all to be kept private. Make fun of anyone like Sheriff Joe Arpaio who says Obama used forged papers and fraud to get where he is.
Pay no mind to what the IRS is doing, or why Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid's Obamacare doesn't seem to be ready for prime time, or why the government keeps printing more money. Now get out in this fine economy and get yourself a better job.
