Senator Rand Paul is on a tear lately. Now he's saying to the EPA you busybodies are in my house deciding what light bulbs I must buy and what type of toilet is best for me. And you are using the law to enforce your opinions. The problem with the toilet is it is not saving energy if you have to flush it multiple times to get it to work. What you are doing to us is restricting our choices by regulating the market and sending jobs overseas. Why don't you make EPA compliance voluntary based on sound reasoning and not on fines and penalties if our opinions don't match yours? 6-minute video.
