Army gags Lieutenant Colonel challenging Obama eligibility
Remember Lieutenant Colonel Lakin, the Army officer who's career is being screwed by Obama's refusal to release Obama's records of Obama's birth? LTC Lakin's court martial is coming up October 13.

The American Patriot Foundation said the records have been the target of many civil lawsuits over Obama's eligibility. But the lawsuits all have been dismissed on procedural grounds, such as the "standing" of the plaintiff, and none has yet addressed the merits of the arguments.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, has said there "definitely" are problems with Obama's Hawaii birth story.
"As of the time I was in Hawaii working in the elections office we had many people who were asking about the eligibility of Senator Obama to be president. I was told at the time there is no long-form birth record, which would have been the case if President Obama was born in [a] hospital in Honolulu. There is no such form in Hawaii," he said.'

Social Security Cards up until the 1980s expressly stated the number and card were not to be used for identification purposes. Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the message, NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION, was removed.
Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. He promised:
1.) That participation in the Program would be completely voluntary,
No longer Voluntary
2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual incomes into the Program,
Now 7.65% on the first $90,000
3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year,
No longer tax deductible
4.) That the money the participants put into the independent 'Trust Fund' rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program, and,
Under Johnson the money was moved to The General Fund and Spent
5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income.

Pete Stark brazenly mocks constituents at town hall meeting.
This is a video (10 minutes) of part of a town meeting with Congressman Pete Stark in June. It sounds like a lot of the problems in California are due to Pete Stark. The people kept on re-electing him though, for 38 years! One commenter referred to him as a "condesending idiot." Reminds me of Ted Kennedy. This is an example of why term limits should apply to Congress.

The Octopus
It is really a cruel shame that the Communists have convinced so many of our leaders that the Left, Progressive United Nations is the way of the future. It is like dealing with an octopus whose tentacles have grabbed the three branches of our government and is not letting go until it is victorious. And what is really sad and frustrating is that many of my family and friends don't care enough to educate themselves that there is a *real problem* here that has been getting worse for years.
There is a slew of books and DVDs available, and I encourage you to just get one for now and start reading or watching it. It is sometimes unbelievable what our leaders have done.

A lesson in common sense
Thanks to Ed B. Here is a lesson some people need to see again (Hellooo Obama! Are you paying attention?).
These are five of the most profound statements that you will ever read. They are indisputable.
1.You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.
2.What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3.The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4.When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation.
5.You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
