Wow! Talk about railroading a meeting. The chairman closed the meeting after 21 seconds of getting his people recognized and totally ignored anybody else.
One person commented that this meeting was like union meetings where all the decisions had been made before the meeting, and no discussion or debate was allowed. He may get the last laugh though. 13-minute video.
